Did you ever See Saw? One time I was on a See Saw, with my chunky cousin. My cousin got off the See Saw and it sent me crashing to the ground. I ended up cutting my arm pretty bad and had to spend the rest of the bbq holding a gauze in place to stop the bleeding. I saw what you did there.

I like the series, but concede it got more fat-fetched as it went on...The first one was incredible to see back in '04.

I can't wait to see the re-release of the first one this month. Only one in theaters I never got around to seeing.

What would everyone's favorite death in the series be? I quite like Saw II, Xavier's throat sliced wide open by the same hacksaw Dr. Gordon used in the first Saw. It's simple and doesn't even involve any of the traps, but it's so damn effective.

Good times Saw II was definitely my favorite, though Saw VI was really good in its own right.

6 was surprisingly great, easily one of the stronger ones, IMO.

His head, rather. And indeed it's a pretty badass death.

I watched the entire franchise (Blu Ray collection, hell yea) in like 6 days with one of my friends.
I'd rank them like this:
1. SAW 2. SAW IV 3. SAW II 4. SAW III 5. SAW VI 6. SAW V 7. SAW VII

I bet either next Halloween or by 2016 we'll get a new Saw. I have a feeling this re-release will make the series viable again.

Ugh, as much as I like the Saw franchise, I really hope they don't make any more or god forbid remake/reboot it.
They ending of Saw 3D was a perfect cap to the overall story.

For me the storyline definitely got stretched pretty thin, but I think there's still quite a bit that could be done.

The story already had it's big flaws but they managed to end it with something that made some sense. Making more is literally just for the cash.

Started my annual October marathon of the series earlier, started with 1 and 2 and am now onto 3. Anyone else doing this or already did so this month?

I love the series. Fond memories of it's popularity from back then. Looking forward to seeing the first one in theaters later today.
