If The Rock got injured in his last match with Cena, I can't imagine him wanting to risk his health by going into a much more physical match with Lesnar. So I don't see that happening.
(And for the record, I have absolutely no interest in either match.)

I think after losing to Cena and getting hurt in the process, that it is very likely that we won't see Rock wrestle again. He said he'd only ever come back for a match that's bigger than the Cena matches, and that pretty much just means Brock right now. I think it's Brock or never. Yeah. I think he's got so much on his plate, that it's just not going to happen. It could. But I don't think it will. And honestly, as much as I love The Rock, giving all the momentum of Brock to him is kind of a waste. And I don't think he would want to do another 3 month run either so he probably wouldn't win. And it makes sense for Brock to lose at Wrestlemania. Of course not that the writers like to make sense or do the best thing often, so who knows. The Rocky III/IV ending to someone beating Brock is easy to book. Ideally for me it would be Bryan. I don't quite buy Reigns enough yet, and I don't think he has the charisma to really pull off the never quit attitude to pull it off properly. But who knows when/if Bryan will ever wrestle again. Honestly, there is still a lot of time between now and then for some of these guys to build a lot of steam, and who knows what old timers they might drag out of the woodwork to do it as well.

Reigns will flop. Personality isnt there as cool as the dude is. Swagger is getting some serious steam behind him, watch this space...

Anybody else feel like Lesnar will drop the title well before WM and we might get Brock/Cena in a rematch at WM? I'm not a fan of this scenario because it kills everything the WWE accomplished with Brock last night but unless he agreed to more dates and matches I don't see him keeping the title for long.

Why not have Rock/Brock at the Rumble? Roman wins the Rumble and avenges his cousin at WrestleMania.

I also feel like Reigns' big push means squat right now. I'm a fan but the WWE needs to be careful with their "Super-Roman" push or the fans might turn on him like they did to Cena long ago. Like other have said he needs to develop his own personality and character and move away from the "Shield" gimmick. Seth and Dean have both completely moved away from the "Shield" and their "new" characters are completely different than they were before. Roman needs to develop his character quick if the WWE hopes to keep the fans on his side.

Both are good options really. At this point in time I don't think Reigns is ready, so Rock. But Reigns could easily be ready by the time WM31 rolls around if booked right.

If Rock got winded in a standard finisher fest match with Cena, Brock would absolutely wreck him. Reigns is the better choice (and they should let him do more moves, the spear, superman punch, clotheslines, and dropkick will get old).

I'd rather Bryan beating Brock at Mania for the title if healthy

Brock wants to return the favor for Rock putting him over in 2002. Hr said so in his book and that was the plan until Rocky went back to Hollywood.
I had this fear earlier today that Rock might dethrone Lesnar....if so it would be the worst decision of all time.
It needs to be a young guy to give them the rub of being the one that beat THE ONE. It will make an instant star. Reigns doesn't need that win but god damn if it doesn't sky-rocket someone to the top of the company.

To be fair here, let's all wait till November/December. Right now, the road to WrestleMania is extremely foggy right now. Once the Survivor Series has transpired, then that road will begin to get clear and clearer. One has to remember, Daniel Bryan vs. Brock Lesnar was one of the planned main events for SummerSlam.

I would believe The Rock defeating Brock Lesnar before I would ever believe Roman Reigns doing it.

I'd prefer to side with neither, and pick Bryan vs. Lesnar.
If I had to choose one, I'd go with Rock vs. Brock - because I don't feel like seeing Reigns shoved down our throats for another 10+ years.

If Daniel Bryan is healthy, he is the most logical choice clearly. Then I would rather have Reigns rather than Rock. I would like Rock vs Lesnar... not for the title.

I'm sure this is probably really unpopular around these parts now, but my #1 choice would be CM Punk. I am starting to fear that Daniel Bryan might be done for good (if not, I'd love to see him beat Brock, but I don't see the company seriously investing in him again). Punk makes a ton of sense from a storytelling perspective... he could be a surprise entrant in the 2015 Royal Rumble (almost exactly 12 months after his last WWE appearance) and he comes back to take down The Authority's golden goose. I'd love it.

I told my brother this last night, before you know it, the Royal Rumble is next week. Think of it as this, the NFL season is almost underway. After week five, the Super Bowl would be two weeks after. We should be worrying about what's going on from now to November. Not WrestleMania. I'm sure this is probably really unpopular around these parts now, but my #1 choice would be CM Punk.
