I've picked up close to everyone that I want, and the hardest ones to find so far have been Tyson, Tully, RSC SES Punk, E7 DX and Kane. Also feel like an E1 CM Punk in good condition has been hard to get. Still looking for a Rick Martel without black marks on his arms.

Rare or hard to find none. Expensive, yes.

No mass released figure is "rare" even the one per every other case figures aren't "rare". But to answer your question I only saw Nash once. Diesel on the other had I saw at least 15 of. Every other figure I have seen at least 5 times locally. The exact opposite is what I got. I saw tons of Kevin Nash figures, but I never saw a single Diesel.

That is because of the way the retailers distribution center distributed the cases. Same thing with the 1/1000 belts I saw 10-15 each of Big Show, Edge, Austin, Cena and Kane, but I never saw a single one of any of the others.

Any flashback really, with the exception of Crush and Road Dogg, who I've seen quite a few times now.

The only regular line Elites I never saw in stores were E16 Nash and E18 Lawler. However I did see E16 Diesel 5-6 times.
Also, I have no Toys-R-Us within 90 miles of me, so I have never seen these BOPPV figs:
Bret Hart: Michael Cole series Shawn Michaels: Ricardo Rodriguez series Christian: John Laurenitis Series Daniel Bryan: Paul Heyman Series Curtis Axel: JR Series
So essentially the shortpacked ones from each of the BOPPV series.

Only one I've never seen in stores is Elite 27 Rikishi. I've seen pretty much every single one, but unfortunately passed on some I thought would warm shelves (ie E6 Goldust). I still don't have E6 Goldust as I never spend more than $40 on a single figure online.

From my personal experiences at retail and looking online at prices:
Elite 12 Kane Elite 14 King Booker Elite 16 Kevin Nash Elite 16 Diesel Elite 17 Mankind Elite 17 Kelly Kelly Elite 20 Chris Jericho Elite 21 AJ Lee MattyCollector Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard RSC SES CM Punk
In response to the other members here who think that mass produced =/= rare, I'm sorry, if it's extremely difficult to find at retail, overpriced online and shortpacked. It's uncommon. fact.
