It's getting there. Only thing WWE has strapped in the drivers seat is Ambrose v. Rollins, and that's going to be put on the back burner due to Ambrose being in a movie. Other than that, WWE is in the backseat of a car with no seatbelt on.

Yup we're starting to get more character in the WWE!
from the Rosebud's to Daniel Bryan's YES chant, to The whole world in his hands every seems to be enjoying more out there characters, i know i am.

Eh, I dunno.....
The Mountie, IRS, The Berserker, Repo Man, Papa Shango, I think the early 90's had their fair share of silliness.... but they still kept it more serious at the top of the card, with Hogan, Flair, Piper, Savage, and later Hart....
Now we've got the guys you listed, but still have serious guys on top (Cena, Orton, Lesnar, etc). I think it's just the way WWE works....

1993-1995 would be the kookiest I think. Mantaur, Man Mountain Rock, Bastion Booger, Doink, IRS, Repo Man, etc.

-The Artist Formerly Known as Goldust
-Val Venis getting his penis chopped off
-The Oddities
-Al Snow's feud with The Big Boss Man over Snow's dog, Pepper. That led to the Kennel From Hell Match
-Naked Mideon
-PMS and Meat
-Sammy the Transexual
-Road Warrior Hawk has a booze problem
-Mae Young giving birth to a hand
