We are fooling ourselves if we don't have faith that they have something planned beyond Infinity.
They absolutley do. They absolutley do.
I can't wait. It'll be just as good as all of this has been. And it's unprecedented this far.
Can. Not. Wait.
BRING IT ON!

If Thor is straight after AOU why isn't it the first film after? Or at least the first one featuring an Avenger? I know Cap 3's Civil War will play off a change in Stark's character following AOU, but surely that isn't as urgent as something starting immediately after? Will be weird to wait like 3 years for something and be told it started straight after the last one.

And it's unprecedented this far. Can. Not. Wait. BRING IT ON! There's no doubt they have something planned beyond Infinity.. But is it all gonna be as great as it is now? I'm not sold that it will be.. I'm not sure how you follow up at the box office from a 2 part movie that will undoubtedly make box office and cinema history.. In Feige I trust.. In Marvel Studios I don't.. Without Feige we wouldn't have made it this far and be as big as we are now.. Everyone will move on from losing Evans, Hemsworth, Jackson, and Downey one day.. But losing Kevin Feige is bigger than all of that combined considering he's the one that made the final casting decision to hire them. I'll be turning 31 the Summer of Infinity War: Part 2, and I can just tell that after that movie, for me personally.. Things will never be as good as they were when I was 20 years old watching the 1st Iron Man movie on my couch upstairs in my room and going "whoa".. "holy sh*t!" when the movie ended and the post credit scene rolled. Not to mention with the DC/WB vs. Marvel Studios war that is afoot right now, dude I wouldn't put it past Warner Bros to single handedly completely destroy this golden age of superhero cinema and steer people away from Superhero movies with terrible solo movies.. They'll probably have a few good gems that stand out, but I mostly look at their line ups and think "oh sh*t, these idiots are gonna try and play catch up"..

LOVE this entire line up. The only thing slightly confusing to me is that Ant Man is the ending of Phase 2. I figure Avengers: Age of Ultron would be the ending of Phase 2 and Ant Man the beginning of Phase 3.

Yeah I was a bit confused on where Ant-Man falls on all of this as well. But I believe its not the forgotten stepchild of the MCU. Ant-Man will be substantial. Marvel and Kevin don't do anything without vision and purpose behind it.
And I have faith that if Kevin Fiege is the leader and he visionary we think he is, then he knows the best thing he can do in his position is raise some one up under him that can take over for him, that can carry this torch and vision and can also implement their own vision with as much authority and certainty, and clarity that Kevin has done.

I know I'm greedy, but I really hope Marvel gets the Spider-Man rights back just for Civil War. Probably not going to happen, as I think I read somewhere that Black Panther will be playing Spideys part in the film, but it would still be awesome. Really hope one day Marvel gets the rights to X-Men, FF, and Spidey back.

Each time I watch the trailer I get more attracted to Elizabeth Olsen.. Thankfully she has plenty of nude scenes for you to "chew" over man

Here's another clip from AoU that was shown at the Marvel thing on Tuesday: A Civil War is a brewin'. Cap ripping apart the wood was fantastic. That whole scene is also so clearly geared to the civil war, both with Stark-Cap tension and the issues they were discussing. "Every time people try to end a war before it starts innocent people die" can definitely be put into the civil war conflict.

I am the same lol! I have read Civil War and the accompanying books many times and never once have I been swayed to Tony Starks side. Also if they do get Spider-Man in the movie as much as I would love to see it I still remember being heart broken ( as a 25 year old I might add!) by his I will try not to spoil it first decision in the book. But he did rectify it later in the story (well in my eyes at least) but my god I was devastated at first. Civil War has been one of my most wanted movies for years and I always thought that we would get it as an animated movie, but thank god Marvel have the balls to bring something this big to the movie theater.

'Gambit' solo film has officially been given the green light to start production with Channing Tatum in the title role.. Fox has hired Josh Zetumer from the 'Robocop' remake to write the script based off a treatment from Chris Claremont..
My favorite X-Men of all time and I don't find myself very excited.. I don't know why this news isn't making me jump out of my seat..
Am I broken?

I would put it down to Fox's record with the X franchise having some wobbles.....I don't even find myself that excited for X-Men:Apocalypse man......they need to up their game hugely to compete with whats out there. Folks will tell you Kinberg knows what he is doing and have some faith......and yeah there's some merit to that for sure.....but Kinberg is also heavily involved in this turd that Trank is directing due out next summer.

Days of Future Past was such a huge redemption film though! I walked out of the theater in awe, I was actually watching it a couple hours ago and it holds up strong and I personally think it's the best X-Men film right in front of X2 and First Class.. I mean my first comic book love was the X-Men. They started it all for me and my obsession with superheros with their animated series, and then I transitioned to comic books, then grew up on their movies.. And just because I wanna get this off my chest, I am going to miss Hugh Jackman dearly when he's decides to put down the claws. He is Wolverine.. I love the guy.. A big part is because out of every actor that has EVER played a superhero in the history of superhero flicks, he is the most passionate and dedicated, he respects the character and he respects the fans.. I'd go as far as to say he'll be harder to recast than any current Marvel Studios actor, RDJ included.. Hell, Fox could quite possibly go down in flames once Hugh Jackman walks away.. But if I'm being honest, something I noticed as I've become older is that outside of 2 or 3 movies.. The entire franchise has been sub-par.. With the exception of a few, the X-Men movies have been average or below average at best, and that is a painful statement for me to make.. But this isn't why the Gambit news didn't excite me, I personally just don't think there was anyway any movie studio announcing anything was going to top Marvel Studios this past week.. My mind has not STOPPED thinking about Marvel's press conference.. Age of Ultron, Civil War, Thor 3, Guardians 2, Infinity War 1 & 2.. Fox is definitely stepping their game up and even though I'm VERY excited for Apocalypse and still kinda like "yay" for the Gambit movie.. There was just no chance in hell that anything was gonna out do Marvel Studios last week.. And at this rate, anytime soon.

Medusa will have to be WELL cast because she speaks for Black Bolt.....numerous hints towards them in AOS but I cant imagine how cool a post credit scene in one of the movies would be with Inhuman Royal family(Blacky,Medusa,Gorgon,Triton,CrystalLockjaw & Karnak)watching events on a screen....BB sitting on his throne in his classic pose and the rest gathered round. Scene ends with BB throwing Medusa a look & she simply replies....."yes husband"

Idris Elba just announced that he recently filmed a scene with Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth for Avengers 2
So looks like Loki and Heimdall are getting a cameo scene, probably setting up Thor 3 seeing as it takes place right after A2
