Honestly, what the internet says, Relapse is such a good album. That's one of his best in my opinion. It's so ing out there and weird, it's so good. Marshall Mathers LP 2 is good but its not nearly as good as Recovery or Relapse in my opinion. I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked Relapse. It's not my favorite album of his, but it's up there. MMLP2 was real good but only had a couple of songs that I liked whereas I liked almost everything on Relapse.

I'm a die hard Eminem fan and have been my whole entire life. The first album I ever bought was D12 world and I was hooked instantly. People who say he sucks now or he isn't as good as he used to be just don't realize that he has changed as a person and as Eminem even said himself "music a reflection of self" so his music changed as well. As a huge Eminem fan, dude, he did fall off for a short period, but its just because he was ed up on drugs. He says it himself. Encore damn near sucks. That said, I can't leave it on a bad note. Relapse is too ing good. Recovery is amazing. MMLP2 is pretty good, MMLP1? Dude, come on. Too much, too good.

I don't care for him much. There are a few songs that are decent to me, but I think he's overrated.

Encore has some great songs on it man, I love Yellow Brick Road, Crazy In Love, and Evil Deeds . I do agree it does have some pretty crappy songs on it though. Like you said he was in a ed up state mentally but to say that it sucks isn't fair. (Although i'm admittedly an eminem fan boy) so take what I say with a grain of salt lol. But yeah, Relapse was classic and I think is slept on. Have you heard Relapse refill?

Eminem is one of my favorite artists. IMO, he doesn't need to rap about the same childish crap like he did on his first few albums. Recovery and The Marshall Mathers LP 2 have been some of the best albums that he's put out. mine too

MMLP2 and Recovery are two of my favorites that he dropped. I hate Relapse with a passion. I love what he did wth Royce. I like lost of his albums but relapse.

You can tell how messed up he was making that, and how he couldn't finish saying casket really got to me. Who was he talking about around 4:15?

Who was he talking about around 4:15? Nobody really knows who he's talking about for sure. There is speculation he's talking about Royce da 59

I don't care for rap but he is my favorite. His music is about real life stories(some of the songs) which IMO makes it good.

I think he's one of the most overrated rappers ever, but I love his music nonetheless and I respect him.

Eminem is, in my humblest of opinions, the greatest rapper of all-time.
I am a huge fan of the MMLP2. There are people who want him to rap about Kim, doing drugs, bitching about his mom...but that would represent zero growth on his end, both as a person and as a performer. The journey he has endured from The Slim Shady LP all the way to the Marshall Mathers LP 2 is a really, really phenomenal one.
