Hey guys, here's some GOOD Kentucky music for you. Emarosa recently returned with a new vocalist, Bradley Walden (ex Squid The Whale), after their departure with Johnny Craig (now Slaves) in 2011. They're way better with Bradley, in my opinion. Emarosa is currently signed to Rise records. I'll be catching them on their CD Release Tour of Versus in Lexington, KY @ Buster's with support from PVRIS, Beautiful Bodies, and Too Close To Touch (another Lexington band). Check this band out if they come close to your area. Here's their most recent single they released yesterday: 09.06.14 - Lexington, KY - Busters Billiards 09.07.14 - Newport, KY - Thompson House09.08.14 - St. Louis, MO - Fubar 09.09.14 - Nashville, TN - Rocketown 09.10.14 - Columbus, OH - Double HappinessOther singles they released off Versus:

Not a huge fan of that first song you posted. They kind of ape a style that's done better by other bands (Coheed and Cambria for example). They just sound run of the mill and not really my thing.

I am not big on the new singer. Even though he is a complete douche canoe, Jonny Craig led Emarosa is probably my second favorite band in history behind Senses Fail. Even have an Emarosa inspired tattoo(one of their fox logos). I don't hate the new sound, it's just not nearly as enjoyable for me.

Here's the correct song I meant to post as the first song. This is my personal favorite behind Mad.
I think Emarosa has a bright future with Bradley. Yes, Craig led them to their success, but they're both very talented vocalists in their own way. I'm looking forward to the Slaves v. Emarosa feud (I guess you would say?) throughout the year.
Rise Records is also streaming Emarosa's new album on their YouTube page since it leaked a couple days ago. The album is very well written. It's better than Slaves' album in my opinion.
