If this makes me more of an uber-nerd, so be it.
Back in 1991, I was watching an episode of Pee Wee's Playhouse. Once in a while, he'd show some random, obscure old video or cartoon (like "Don't Be A Mr. Bungle" or The Pincushion Man).
He showed a clip of a guy singing a French song in an amusement park in the 60s. For years I was asking friends, chat rooms and even Lynne Stewart (Miss Yvonne) herself, but no one could find anything out.
But I finally found it.
Sorry if this is a pointless thread. But that red head, though. Whoooo!

I watched almost every episode when I was a kid. I don't remember this at ALL. lol
I'm glad you found it though. It's a hopeless feeling when you can't find something like that, but it's INSANELY satisfying when you do! Congrats!

It probably means nothing to other people, but personally it's such a great accomplishment!

I believe I remember the episode this was featured in. I've got both seasons of Pee-Wee's Playhouse on DVD, so I might just go back and watch that one episode to see it featured.
Next thing you gotta do grumpyoldman, is find out the identity of the red head. Ha-Ha. Good freaking luck with that.

I mean I can't beat 23 years because I'm not that old but I did search everywhere online for a jacket I saw in a youtube video for a whole year and when I finally found it that day I went out and bought it

I know the feeling. There was a PBS kids show back in the 1990s about a guy who lived on a farm and there was talking animal puppets. I forgot the name of the show until last year when I went on a late night Google search frenzy, The Name of the show was Jack Houston's Imagineland

Ever since I saw it I've been trying to find out who the girl was in a Carmel Nut Crunch commercial so I know what you went through.

For 16 or 17 years I struggled to remember the name of the Banana Splits show. It was a helpless feeling. I never thought I'd live a satisfied life again. But , one day I remembered it and screamed in joy.

It's such a catchy tune!! I'm actually enjoying it. Ha-Ha. I wonder which amusement park this was filmed at and if it's even still there....
