been wanting an elite series 8 edge but this one is way better in my opinion. will definitely be getting this.

It's always been that torso, what torso did you want?  Tajiri, Tatsu, Me, Edge torso swap It captures Edge's build more than the super skinny one does. For anybody wondering, the attire is from the 2008 Hell In A Cell match at SummerSlam vs. the Undertaker. (Personally, I always thought the trucker mudflap girls on those tights were lame.) |

I'll definitely get it, and I'm looking forward to it, but I think it could be a lot better. 1. Of all the colourful Edge tights they could have chosen, they go with black and red ones that we already got in the first SummerSlam Heritage series... Which are from like two years after he had the Rated R title. I would have much preferred a 2007 camo tights look (which is still after the Rated R title phase, but still). 2. The headsculpt is off. Similar to Elite 31 The Rock, a smile is the way to go... But either it hasn't been sculpted right, or the paintwork throws it off. This should be Edge's sleazy smirk or grin, like Elite 31 Rock should be his phoney Hollywood grin, but both of them are just kind of happy, sleepy smiles. 3. The coat is just the Elite 1 coat but less detailed. Edge wore a version that had more variation in colour, people have done fixups of it before:  |

The new pics make the hair look a lot better but the scan itself is still garbage. Attire is bland, basically the box should read "Rated R Spinner Belt: Comes with Bonus Edge Figure!"

If it's become too costly to give us exclusive figures in the attires we would like to see (ie camo Edge and One Night Stand RVD) maybe it's time to change the RSC Exclusive concept.
Unfortunately, these exclusives have become below average figures, with a good belt, in cool packaging. Maybe while Mattel is cranking out these belts, they should produced a few extra thousand, or what ever makes sense, and Ringside can just sell us the belt for $8-$10.

I'm gonna get this, but it could have been better. Camo tights were the way to go here. And I'll most likely swap out the head.
I kinda want to use that hair to make a long hair Roddy Piper custom.

It is looking better, but nothing outside of the belt which has no long term reusability, makes this seem like more than a regular elite flashback. Same problem with Hardcore Kane. Just a little to cheaply produced to merit almost ten bucks over retail. Previously, Ringside exclusives had been very detailed like SES Punk and Flash Rey, and the whopping two new belts and headscan SCSA. Now they have lighter and simpler deco. Last Ringside exclusive I felt good about owning was the Cactus Jack.
