That gimmick would've been amazing.

That gimmick would've been amazing. He could've made the lights go out, made binary code and filenames flash up on the tron... All that original stuff.

Of course he could do the stuff you mentioned, but he could also do much more. A hacker can go and be used in many ways. In my mind, I would use him where he could take over the entire show essentially: Tyler Breeze's phone, the production truck, talking over JBL, King, and Cole/NXT commentators. His moveset can be very diverse in actual hacker terms such as black hat, white hat, grey hat, elite hacker, virus, etc. You just have to, you know, use your imagination. The gimmick would work fine if the creative team actually would be creative.

You just have to, you know, use your imagination. Or, you know, use your memory. Plenty of wrestlers have taken over the production truck in the past. Considering Solomon Crowe isn't going to be on Raw in every segment every week, what does the gimmick really amount to? Lights go out, they come back on and he's in the ring with an iPad. Or someone's talking, they get interrupted by static/glitching and Crowe does a promo on the screen. It's not like he's going to hack all the divas nude selfies and post them on Reddit. So it's great because his moves can have names? It's not hard to name moves. Emma and Paige can do that based purely on their names, and Solomon Crowe has tons of potential move names coming off the name alone anyway.

Well it would have been a gimmick instead of generic wrestler #20357, at least given him a chance to get over until they start to book him like garbage.

What I'm saying is he can take over the production truck by NOT being there in person. There's not many movesets PRULEY based on their gimmick. Sure Paige can have the Paige-Turner, and Ram-Paige, and Emma can have the Ven-emma (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about?), but those moves have nothing to do with their gimmick. Maybe Emma, but not Paige.
