Hey guys, I am updating this thread to ask ow many canadian tv channels there were in the 70s/80s, and do they still exist? Thanks for the help.
I have been attempting to help some folks identify the name of an old "special delivery" episode that was probably an old canadian made for tv movie from the 70s, or 80s. There was a kid playing the button (blue/green/yellow/red) remembering game (like Simon), or some handheld game, and when he reached a specific level, or beat it, he disappeared. He may have possibly gone into the game, or a ufo light grabbed him. His father came in the room and saw he was gone. He may have then begun playing the game to get his kid back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many people are looking for it, but most have only come up with the title "Somewhere Else", or a scrambled version of that word, for being the title. If you know of anyone that could help solve this mystery, we would all be grateful.
Sincerely, VPV

yeetman13 thank you buddy, I am checking through the list, and conferring with some that saw the episode long ago. I am like you, I think it came from a series like that, then rerun on SD, or maybe not on SD, ever. The people saw it so long ago, memories can get jumbled. I will keep this updated with any info I find. Much love and respect. VPV Edit: Sadly, it was not AYAOTD. I do appreciate the suggestion. Back in the 70s-approx 97, were there a lot of tv stations in canada?
