I must say both movies are pretty cool! Although GB1 has got to be my favourite, number 2 is just as good

Can't wait to pick both up on Blu-ray this Tuesday. From the screenshots both look amazing in 4K.

Ghostbusters 1& 2 were equal in the way the Back to the Future and Star Wars trilogies. One is just as good as the other.

I feel the same way, I don't watch one without the other.

Den Of Geek defends GB2. Came across this today, was a nice little surprise. I agree with much of what they say there in that article.

As a huge GB fan I loved both. A lot of quotable lines in each movie.

Ghostbusters 1& 2 were equal in the way the Back to the Future and Star Wars trilogies. One is just as good as the other. When I was a kid, I hated the third Back To The Future. As an adult and after any viewings, I came to really enjoy it. The chemistry Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox had was awesome. What makes both Ghostbusters I and II as well as Back To The Future I, II, & III is how well written both franchises were. One can chillax on a Saturday night, pick out a random Ghostbusters/BTTF movie, and enjoy it. I think it is time for me to take another visit the Ghostbusters fire house once again.

I love Ghostbusters 2. Some parts seem a little rushed (because they were) and the end is anti-climatic but still a very enjoyable Ghostbusters experience.

I didn't like how they changed the paint scheme on the Ecto 1 for GB2

Personally, I would have to add Home Alone 1 & 2. I don't count 3 or any after that, since Mackulay Culkin, Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern werent involved.

I didn't like how they changed the paint scheme on the Ecto 1 for GB2 I understand people preferring the original Ecto-1 design, but I've always loved the Ecto-1A from GB2 as well. Both are classic cars.

GB2 Deleted ScenesThose are pretty interesting to see, though I could see why those were cut, probably for pacing issues more than anything. Still a bit disappointed not all of the deleted scenes that have been reported over the years (like possessed Ray driving the Ecto-1A) weren't included.

The recent news of an all-female GB reboot is such a bad idea to me. Best to just leave it at the two movies, the animated series and the video game. It had a good run, let it rest.

I'm sort of surprised they haven't gone with a new animated series.

With the news of the reboot, I think this image sums my feelings up better than I can explain:
