elites are great. I feel like those sell well in the BAF line. it's the basics that clog. they either need to scrap that or make sure it's a line that people will actually buy. give us 4 figures that people would buy. stop giving us sheamus, orton, del rio and whoever else that just clogs shelves.

AGREED.
Please just give us guys like Paul Bearer, Jim Ross and other (managers/commentators/authority figures) as Basic figures and save us the trouble.

I'd be happy with them just being in 2 packs instead.

I would like for these to be an online thing and where collectors can get them and not be shut out.

Why not just release the figure in any of the standard lines, with the packaging saying... 'can be seen on the WWE network for just $9.99 a month!'
This way people can then go on to learn who that figure is, and WWE can find another way to promote the network.

I like the concept, but personally I have never bought any of the figures in the BAF's series for the Build A Figure. I have bought BAF's series figures like the last Daniel Bryan, but never for the actual Build A Figure.

Nope because we wouldn't get them then. The BAF figures are all figures they feel wouldn't sell at mass retail. So if there's no BAF they aren't releasing them. They don't feel like it would sell if release it as a 1 per 2 case figure that's why it's a BAF. Because as a TRU exclusive the BAF is produced in much less numbers than a regular line. So as a BAF it's still produced in less numbers than it would be as a mass released 1 per 2 case figure. Maybe some they could put in a 2-pack (Bearer would work with Taker) but JR, Cole and Booker T would have never gotten released if not for the BAF concept. I dont agree at all with that. Selling a BAF as a flashback would work just as fine as any other flashback because they appeal to the same buyer. As for current guys like Zeb, Ricardo and Heyman, they sold fine by all accounts. So i dont buy your argument.

I think it's too expensive.... at $23.99 per figure, it's nearly $100 to get a Jim Ross! And I don't even want the figures in the set! I'm hoping they have a sale soon..... Yea so now you understand why i dont like it...im in the UK paying £24.99! thats like $50 for one figure! Standards elites are £17.99 which works out like $40. Its too damn expensive to pay for 4 figures to get just the one that you want. Its a complete scam. I really wish this question was brought up to the MDT at the SDCC recently. These are the sort of questions that need asked!

Nope, I love the Build A Figure series. Price doesn't bother me either. You can't afford them? Simple, don't buy them. Theres no way we'd see Michael Cole or John Laurinaitis in the Elite or even Basic line so I'm all for it. At the same time though, John Laurinaitis should have a Defining Moments figure or even an entire series dedicated to him.

I think we should just get the parts in certain regular elite lines because I'm not really up for buying 4 extra figs with a price increase of 4 or 5 bucks

Again, don't buy them then. No one is forcing you too.

So i dont buy your argument. I can go around town and buy like 5 Ricardos right now, and multiple Heyman packs. A Heenan or Jimmy Hart would sit around forever, just like the Jakks Mr Fuji did. Managers and such are limited to BAFs because they traditionally do not move at retail as regularly packed figures.
