Hi,Been awhile since I posted here but last time I did I got ALOT of HELPFUL comments and I really don't know where to go from here.
Ok so I met a girl in Jan we hooked up ended up moving in together March 28th, I left in May on the 21st. We continued to the relationship until July 25th(my b-day) then the bitch broke up with me! That was fine me, she broke up with me to get back with her EX-Boyfriend /baby daddy. Long story short on that Friday of July 25th she decided she was doing that I say "OK WHATEVER" at that point the relationship was on and off all the time and the girl was 22 at the time but acted like a damn 17yr old brat! On July 31st I get a text with two pictures of an Ultra-Sound with clearly shows her Name and the date and I see a Baby she says "13weeks yesterday just thought you should know" which tells me she got pregnant Sometime in May!
I proceeded to pretty much tell her off by saying what i thought of her and how the situation ended. Theres alot more to the story than what iv typed but anyway the situation now is. Shes back with dude, last I heard she was pregnant with MY CHILD and So far since July 31st iv had no contact with her whatsoever. I have her blocked on FB, shes changed her number since then and the only time iv heard anything was when her mom called me 2weeks ago accusing me of popping the bitches tires. Which is bogus as crap because I live in Chapel Hill, NC Brittany lives in Greensboro now thats a 68 mile drive from my door step to hers...who would ride over 100+ round trip to pop somebodies damn tires?! Seriously
WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THE BABY SITUATION?

I'd definitely get a paternity test done, just to make sure.

Talk to a lawyer. File a paternity claim. Have a paternity test done once the baby is born. If you are the father, file for custody and take care of your child. If you are not the father, never talk to her again, and be glad you dodged a bullet.

First thing I would do is add Curt Hennig and Scott Steiner to your sig pic.
Second thing I would do, if she is convinced that the baby is yours, is get a test to see if in fact it is. If it’s not, work on your sig pic. If it is, then you don’t have an issue…you have a subscription of issues to come and you can NOT cancel at anytime.

Try to get a paternity test done after the kid is born. It would tell you whether or not if the kid is yours or not. As for now, do your best to distract your mind.

Honestly, I find it weird that she broke up with you a month after getting pregnant.
There ain't much you can do about it but wait to take paternity tests and hope you're not the father. Try to to keep yourself busy with a hobby to not drown in overthinking.

get a GOOD lawyer and tell him that she needs to pay for alimony
sue her for custody of the child

I honestly think you guys took things way to fast. And hopefully the child isn't yours, because this girl seems to do more harm than good. Not worth being with her when she lies and still talks to their ex.

Do you think there's any chance at all that she'd consider putting the baby up for adoption? Because it doesn't sound like either of you are ready for a kid, and he or she would probably have a better life with a family that actually wants and is ready for a baby.
