Last saw Merle Haggard in October. Absolutely great show. It's amazing to think about how old he is. His voice is still so great and he's working on two or three new albums. Next up is on the 25th. I'll be seeing Jake Owen for my birthday with my girlfriend. Is your birthday on the 25th? Mine too. Have a great time, man. Mine is actually the 26th. But it's cool to hear someone around here has one so close to mine. We are doing the concert the night before and the night of my birthday, a party with friends and family, pizza buffet, "adult beverages" and live music. Hope you enjoy yours. It's the big 3-0 for me.

I've only been to four concerts ever.
2008 - My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday and Drive-By in Madison Square Garden 2012 - Rise Against, A Day to Remember and MuteMath at Kent State University 2012 - Childish Gambino and Danny Brown at the House of Blues in Cleveland 2012 - Linkin Park and Incubus at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati
Fun fact, as I was leaving the Rise Against show, I saw a picture on the wall of Nic Nemeth for his achievements on the school's wrestling team.

Gambino would be one of the few "rap" acts I'd want to see live.

It'll be the big 3-5 for me. My fiance turns 34 two days earlier. We'll celebrate together. Dinner, gifts, the usual. Have fun and enjoy your 30th!

Hopefully going to go see Nas this upcoming month, along with a KRS-One concert too. Along with maybe Souls of Mischief if the time is right.

I haven't been to nearly enough concerts this year. I've missed so many bands that I wanted to see too. I think the last one was Loverboy which was awesome. Before that was Sabbath or Steve Miller Band, can't remember which came before which. Next up is the Doobie Brothers in October and then Machine Head, then Motely Crue/Alice Cooper.

Love gigs, I go to as many as possible.
My last one was Immortal Technique last month. Second time seeing him. Awesome stuff. Met and spoke to him for a bit after the show too. Top guy.

It's been a while since I've been to a concert. Last one was Volbeat in March of 2013.

I saw Springsteen back in May, and it was an excellent show. It was actually the second time I've seen him and as much as I loved both times, it will likely be the last. My funds are limited and there are many bands I want to see, so seeing any more than once needs to be cut down on, unless they're cheap of course. I have a few I want to see if/when they tour again. We'll see how those go.

I took my little girl to see R5 this past Friday in Chicago. Yep...it doesn't get much more punk rock than that! Lowlights of the night were 11 year olds in short short shorts and their mothers who tried WAY too hard to be just like their daughters.

Last concert I've been to was The BossHoss live in Stuttgart last November. I really want to go see Black Stone Cherry for the second time but it collides with some important dates for University so I can't make the 200km drive. It's a shame because it's their first European headliner tour and I really wanted to see them as their 2014 record Magic Mountain is awesome.

Patti Smith or Leon Russell- awhile back. Also: Blondie & The Replacements at some point (and others, but I only cared for their sets + had VIP passes).
I can't really remember who else, but there haven't been as many over the past year+ for me.... more tickets eaten than anything, since stuff comes up and stuff goes all SNAFU on me.... I try to buy at the door or make sure I can now so I don't waste the $.
