It's no secret around these boards that my life sort of gravitates around all things film. Thus it should be no surprise that I have a very considerable collection of physical media.

Now that said, I don't download movies. Ever. But I pay extra for Blu rays that often come with HD downloads. And since I've seen someone else do this on here, I decided to try and gift some of these to you, as well.

Feel free to take the ones you want, I only ask that A) you leave something for someone else (don't be THAT guy, 1-2 should do ya); and B) put it to good use. ENJOY some movie time. Many of these are VERY new. Also, C) if you take one, post that you did.

To my knowledge this is not an illegal act as every one of these I have paid for. I passionately believe that it's my obligation to share good cinema with others, and this is a way to do that. They've been compensated for their work. No difference now if I use what I paid for, or if someone else does.

Also folks, there is no 100% guarantee any of these work. I tried to sort out all of them that required the DVD, or were WAY outdated, etc.

Can't attest to any of them, as I've literally never downloaded a movie myself, so, don't even know how the actual process goes to make them work.

If you watch what you download, feel free to discuss here whether you like it, or not.

I redeemed them through Vudu, but I'm assuming you could do it through Flixter as well.

On Vudu, assuming you have an account (if not, sign up first):

1. Hover over "Services" at the top of the screen

2. Click "Redeem Ultraviolet Copy" from the drop-down menu

3. Type in the name of the movie you want to redeem, then click on the movie you want from the list

4. Copy the code into the bar, hit enter, and the movie will be added to your collection

I figured "why not". They've been sitting in the box from my failed attempt to move to LA, and since I'm working on getting them out and back on the shelf, figured I would while they were sitting here, still.

Got about 30 blu rays that I couldn't put up. About 600 DVDs/TV shows on top of this.

There are some very good movies in here, and I'll try to post more up for everyone as new ones come out (this is my movie buying season coming up, as Summer flicks come out)

Glad I'm not the only one to get some enjoyment out of them.
