Passing because the poster sucks. Those cartoon face posters suck so bad. They used to have great posters, plenty of nice Diva shoots, but that was along time ago. Nowadays it was just bland crap. I picked up the last issue for old time's sake, but it was just as lame and weak as it's been for years. I will not miss THIS version of the WWF/WWE Magazine, but I am sad the WWE has no more magazine. I recently got some FSM - Fighting Spirit Magazine - from the UK and they are pretty damn cool. And I still read PWI. At least those magazines still cover wrestling, a word that was probably banned in the most recent WWE mags.

Back in the 1980s and 1990s, WWF Magazine featured real wrestling articles and news. Today, WWE Magazine is another carbon copy of Maxim while WWE Kids is a WWE version of the children's magazine Highlights, not to mention the content in those magazines are outdated (The 2014 WWE Yearbook featured profiles of JTG, Brodus Clay, Alberto Del Rio and other now-released Superstars).

Most times they didn't have PPV results in the magazines until 3 months later (ex. WrestleMania XII results in June 1996 edition). You do realize that most of those guys were still with the company around the time that the 2014 Yearbook started going into production/printing. That magazine didn't come out until July 8th and Del Rio didn't leave until August.

That is correct, but today we're living in the internet age and I wouldn't be surprised if Pro Wrestling Illustrated and Fighting Spirit end up ceasing production in the coming months.

I have such fond memories of WWF magazine....specifically looking at the catalogue section with my friends. Good times!!
When I was 10 I wanted a set of those plastic LOD shoulder-pads worse than anything in the world....LOL.

Yeah, i got the wwe magazine every month for years. Very sad UK's Powerslam mag and WWE mag stopped publishing within 2 months of each other.
I don't think it's ever coming back since print is dying.

Let me guess, Triple H would probably be on the November 2014 cover.
