Now is it just me or was it not confirmed that Fandango's body was actually based off and created for Cesaro? If that's the case, why do new elite Cesaros still use that slimmer mold?

Someone is a bum and cuts corners by putting a Cesaro head on an Orton figure and considering it good enough. There's an unfortunate number of separate figures that are just headswaps and repaints, like Sandow and Flair.

Speculated but not confirmed. It was odd to see that the RSF Cesaro prototype regressed back to the smaller arms, as the SDCC proto had the larger arms they keep giving Cody: I still think the Brian Pillman/Macho Man torso works best for Cesaro. It's exaggerated but not excessively ripped. Elite cesaro, i really like the way this looked i like this torso more than the rhodes torso that i previously used

It's crazy how mattel has just as much access to parts as the people who make fixups and the fixups are almost always better. Those two customs are perfect, from torso choice, to arms, to the thighs, which Mattel failed horribly on these elite Cesaros.

The prototype for Cesaro looked so much better than the actual result. The torso and arms were bigger and the headscan looked better. Plus the leg bands on proto looked removable but on actual figure they are just painted.

That Fandango torso should never see the light of day again. That is without a doubt the worst thing Mattel has made for the WWE line...including the first Morrison scan.

What's wrong with fandango?
Btw I took e23 Cesaro and gave him normal long black knee pads instead of those little things. Also gave him elite20 Cody arms, he looks really nice Gave him basic 41 head . As a whole it's the perfect Cesaro for me. Don't mind the glove.
I hate it when they paint the leg bands. No reason to buy elite 33 at all

Painted leg bands suck... I understand that people didn't like the E23 pads because they would slip off when playing with it but it was far more superior than the painted bands visually.

Painted leg wraps > Molded. The molded wraps pissed me off

I didn't like the way the molded leg wraps looked at 1st but now I prefer them. Shame Cesaro doesn't live up to my expectations.
Its strange... for all the great choices and decessions Mattel make they still make some really silly mistakes.

What's wrong with fandango? The Fandango torso is just ridiculous - even compared to the typical over exaggerated torso used on wrestling figures. The musculature is utterly impossible and completely unbelievable. On topic, I love that prototype photo of Cesaro and hope that the final version looks more like that than the shown prototype.

Yeah Cesaro should definitely have a new torso and arms, the proto shown at Comic Con was perfect.

didn't like the e23 leg wraps because they were bulky and fell down constantly. I think the painted ones on the e33 look better.
Unfortunately Cesaro doesn't wear the wraps anymore. If they had used the same removeable leg wraps on e33, we could take them off and add the knee pads he wears now.

I'm wondering if maybe the Elite 33 figures on display were mostly preproduction samples like MDT explained when people were complaining about Razor Ramon's beard looking too thick. Could it be that Cesaro was just quickly mocked up using an existing Cesaro (Elite 23) for this show? After all, here's MDT's quote from last year in regards to people saying Elite 23's Cesaro was too small already. Next Elite Cesaro will have a different torso. By the time i wanted to change it it was too late in the process to do so.
