That's a pretty easy fix though. Get some black paint and sealer and you're good to go.
Didn't see the bottom half until I replied. Yikes. Not such an easy fix.

My Edge suffered the same fate with the chip on his shoulder tattoo. Had to use some nail polish remover to get rid of a big black mark on his lower arm too. Aside from that it's an incredible figure. I put the jacket on my Basic 40 Edge and the elbow pads from that on this one. Looks great

Ouch. I'd just get a b40 Edge and do a head and arm swap. Sucks that you have to bother with it, the QC has been so bad recently.

Easy fix for the arm, get some clear nail polish and rub it in on the tattoo that shouldn't be there and rub it off. Might have to do it a few times but it'll come off like it wasn't even there.

Same thing happened to mine. It's really a great figure, but I was disappointed when I removed his jacket and found this:

That's how I got the tattoos removed from Orton's shoulders and the back.

I think you mean nail polish remover? Maybe clear nail polish works too but I find pure acetone works best for removeing any paint inperfections.

If you use any type of clear nail polish, put it on the painted area you want to remove, and wipe it away with some pressure and a cloth, it'll come right off. Some paints require a few tries of this, but surprisingly the clear nail polish doesn't seem to turn the plastic white or burn through it as easily. At least in my experience it hasn't and some paint apps took a few tries.

Goof off works best for me vs Acetone. It removes them quicker and doesn't melt the plastic/leave the white residue. I just put a bit on a paper towel/qtip, but either will work. Just don't use too much,go slow if you never have done it before. I have never tried actual nail polish.

I think I'm gonna open mine boil some water and put the figure head down in it with the jacket on to hopefully loosen the jacket from the arm without pulling the tattoo off with it

I think it's sad that we have to fix up brand new figures, it's starting to become a regular thing. If you have an extra arm, replace it or call Mattel and they'll give you a voucher to replace the figure.
