whenever cena is wrestling i think i'm watching a basketball game with his timing/style. it's just horrid. and the psychology in the majority of them is only a hint above hulk hogan's typical hulkamania era match. delivers in big matches? only when he has a quality opponent who carries him to one. the classic thing people say about cena is "he just needs someone good to work with, and then he can have a great match." yeah...that's called being carried by someone better than you. and even then, he rarely holds his weight. his blandness carries over waaaay beyond just his character, and his matches haven't gotten better over the years notably. As I stated before, HE was the best performer at Money in the Bank 2011 and One Night Stand 2006. He was the better performer at Royal Rumble 2007. The man got a decent match out of The Great Khali. There goes the "being carried" excuse. He's had duds. I hated that he no sold the work HBK did at WrestleMania 23. He never had chemistry with Randy Orton. BUT, the guy gets WAYYYYYYYYY more flak and disrespect than he deserves. The classic thing people bring up is "he just needs someone good to work with, and then he can have a great match", but the classic thing the Cena haters bring up is what you just said, "he is only carried by a quality opponent." That is the case sometimes, but it's also not always the case.

This stat just proves even further how severely it is time for WWE to move on from the Cena era

This stat just proves even further how severely it is time for WWE to move on from the Cena era How on earth does it possibly prove that? The reason he's been in so many Main Events is because he performs well and makes the WWE a lot of money. No need to stop that.

Cena is horrid in the ring. The guy has the most basic moveset possible that hasnt changed one bit in the last 10 years, Cant sell for absolute crap. Every single one of his matches has the exact same formula. The guy needs a character refresh so bad. At this point, They are just ruining his legacy the longer they keep this up. Only reason Cena is in the position he is in is because he has a poster boy face and sells t shirts. His in ring skills haven't improved at all since 2002. He still looks sloppy as hell at times, and has a very hard time taking certain moves, And like i said, He cant sell for crap.

Because he has been stuffed down our throats as the top billed act for 100 PPVs now and still gets booed out of the arena every night Sooner or later it's time for a change for s sake

Cena isn't the only ing reason they make money. Not even close.

He's not the only reason they make money, he just makes them the most money of anyone on the roster.

people always said Bruno's reign would never be topped. Cena has been "the guy" for almost 10 years now. Austin's reign as "the guy" was less than 3 years with a one year gap. Rock was only the guy for about 5 years total and a good portion of those could be argued for Austin. Hogan was only the top star from 84 to 92 and took off most of 89 and 91. While he hasn't been the champion for his entire time on top (because the industry has changed), Cena's time as the face of the company may in fact end up trumping Bruno's.

Cena isn't anywhere near as bad as some think. You'd think he'd be outwrestled by Droz from this thread. I'm sorry, Droz
