if this was already brough up,I apologize for another thread on it. but I looked and couldn't find anything.
this past week, it was officially announced the next James Bond film,"Spectre", will be going into production this month for release in fall 2015. the cast was revealed, including one Dave Bautista, who is,of course, the much-maligned WWE Superstar Batista.
considering he said back in July at SDCC that once his Guardians of the Galaxy promotional duties were done,he would definitely be returning to the WWE,it seemed likely a surprise Royal Rumble entrant angle would be the likeliest way to return him, considering we're now approaching mid-December and still no sign of him. however, this news certainly seems to throw any type of imminent return into question, since he could possibly be filming for months, depending on how big his role is. or,considering this will likely be 2 blockbuster movie roles for him in a row, perhaps we have actually seen the last of Big Dave in the ring?

I like Batista and hope he finds much success in Hollywood. But I still want him to return to WWE eventually.

I said in the other thread, I wouldn't be surprised if Batista doesn't return.. He's got the new James Bond movie, then the new Bloodsport movie, and then almost after all the filming and promoting for those are done, he'll have to go right back to Guardians of the Galaxy, and then Avengers Infinity Wars..
Dudes booked solid.

Why should he ever return to a business where most people crap on him? Just look at the hate he got when he came back. Screw that. He's going to be in a Bond movie. He was in one of the summers biggest blockbusters. He should give the wrestling world the middle finger and never go back. Why risk a broken neck to entertain a bunch of ingrates??

Once Bryan and Reigns return there will be no room for him anyway the main event scene will be stacked.

WWE's main event scene is nowhere near stacked. They desperately need more heels at the top, a role Batista is perfect for.

I think the current house show main events are Cena vs Rollins on the A tour and Ambrose vs Wyatt on the B tour.

Good for Batista, glad he's getting big roles and showing he doesn't need WWE. Probably making more money this way too.

Ya I think the chances of him returning next year for Wrestlemania 31 are slim and none. But I strongly feel that he's not done just yet with the WWE and his in ring career.I could see after he's done filming the new Bond film,Bloodsport and possibly before or after filming the next GOTG film a short return around or at Wrestlemania 32 were he hangs up the boots. He's stated that he wants to still return to the WWE for a finale run and his ideal end to his career would to have another match against Triple H at a Wrestlemania.Think if the stars line up just right that would be a good match up for him to end his career on at WM 32.Theirs also the possibly of doing Batista/Rock at up coming Wrestlemania sense Batista will be or should be a pretty big star in Hollywood over the next year or so.

I hope Big Dave kills it in Hollywood and it looks as though he's well on his way to doing so. Selfishly though, I would like to see him come back because he entertains me but I would also totally understand if he doesn't.

As a guy who's always been completely meh in his feelings on Batista, I was really hoping he would have been back for Survivor Series to join Team Cena.

It was great to have him back this year but I'm glad he's having success filming these movies; all the best to him.
