Definitely the match of the night for me. Both those guys nearly killed themselves . The blood, the high spots and all for the IC Title.

Ziggler is an outstanding talent. WWE has booked him great in the last couple months. If he can keep this run going, they'll have no choice but to make him a main event guy.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong; but this is one of the few (if not ONLY) times in my recent memory where the commentary team talked up the IC title as being "the stepping stone" to the World Title... now I could be reading too much in to it, but could it possibly be a sign of bigger, better things to come for Ziggler?
I don't want to get my hopes up, but TWO show stealing performances in back to back PPV's, AND being the top midcard champ? Things could be looking up for old Ziggy!

I was actully thinking the same thing we always used to hear it when Rock Austin and Triple H held it..... But on the other side of things we herd King of the Ring was a stepping stone too when Billy Gunn won it in 99 so who knows

For me it wasn't what I was expecting, that was the match I was most looking forward to the most last and it just didnt live up to my expectations. I felt it was kinda slow paced, Harper no sold quite a few times, the bit where Ziggler super kicked the ladder into Harper's head. re- watch it Harper takes the shot falls rolls to the ropes or apron and gets back to his feet almost instantly, wheas Ziggler is still struggling to stand. another spot, when Harper falls onto the ladder on the outside, no emotion at all, which is inconsistent to his character who was screaming in agony when he hit the suicide dive on ziggler and the ladder... Well to be fair to Harpers character he's supposed to be this slightly psychotic monster, but he nearly broke his arm on the suicide dive, I know you weren't streaming in high quality but go back and re watch the match harpers Arm got trapped in the ladder on the way down on the suicide dive it's a miracle he didn't break it. I don't care how tough you are he was definetley in serious pain I did catch that part, but its inconsistent in Harpers character. Yeah it must have hurt a hell of a lot, you could see the marks on his arm, but he should have gone on to show pain through the rest of the match imo, I guess to me after seeing Harper in so much pain to see him no sell crashing down on that ladder was a bit weak.

I love Ziggler and I'm sure I'm alone on this but, I really like where he is at currently. When I was growing up your Main Event was clogged up by Hogan and the monsters they feed to him. Meanwhile the IC title matches were stealing the show. The IC title was for your work horses. Personally, I have no problem if WWE goes back to that formula.

He really is starting to grow on me. The guy will do anything to put on a great match. Big fan of his commitment to the cause.

Ziggler is great but there is a bigger need to push younger, fresh new talent to the main event scene... Like John Cena and Big Show. I LOLd for about 5 minutes at that......well done Bash

There are too many guys in front of him for the belt. All 3 members of the Shield, to start.

I LOLd for about 5 minutes at that......well done Bash Younger talent?! You classify Big Show and Cena as younger talent?! Ziggler deserved to have a long reign as World Heavyweight Champion last year! Cena is in his 30's and Show has passed his 40's! Reigns, Ambrose and Rollins represent younger talent! I just don't want the company to push Roman as corny as John Cena!

Me and my buddies thought Harper broke his arm on that dive spot where his arm landed INSIDE the ladder. That was one of the most brutal matches in terms of physicality that I've seen in quite sometime. I loved it and appreciate what those two did to entertain me last nite.

For me it's something about his voice. I know that sounds stupid because I love the wording and passion in his promos it's just his voice does't fit them. But he's incredible in the ring and has a lot of support worker wise and fan wise so hopefully he can break out of that high midcarder status. I enjoyed his run as WHC so I feel he has the credibility to do it. I feel that way about HBK's voice...painful on my ears beyond imagine

They were really putting over Dolph on commentary after the match. Hopefully it's a sign of good things to come for him.

Dolph Ziggler is an Incredible Wrestler but I can NEVER see him being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion or being a Poster Boy like Cena and I'm Ok With That.

yeah he stole the show at Survivor Series....
only to have it be pretty much an afterthought, a secondary memory being told to us by Michael Cole and the WWE in general. they just throw it in once and awhile "oh yeah btw, Ziggler survived 3-1 at SS this year....so JOHN CENA!!!! ROOOOMAN REIGNS!!!!!"
Just like last night. Best match of the night by far. Tonight's RAW will be 105278% focused on Roman Reigns' triumphant return to action and eventual Royal Rumble win
Ziggler might be one of the best on the roster. But he's treated as about 9th or 10th typically.
