Overrated may be the most overrated way of saying "I don't really care for them" on the internet. Good for you, except they ARE overrated. A couple of spot monkeys who are absolutely nothing special, but the internet acts like is God's gift to wrestling. Therefore, overrated. Yeah I'm gonna have to agree with this. They're spot monkeys. They're good spot monkeys (better then a spot monkey like Sabu), but TBH I can live without seeing another one of their matches ever again and honestly wouldn't care for them in WWE. More about the OP post, I can understand why they didn't accept it.

More about the OP post, I can understand why they didn't accept it. I agree. They're not bad by any means, but there are a lot of tag teams I enjoy more. That said, they probably make more money now than they would in WWE for at least a few years. I can see why they'd turn it down.

The thing about calling the Young Bucks overrated, is that from what I see they get shat on all the time for being spot monkeys. Everyone knows they're spot monkeys, they know they're spot monkeys, but they're among the best in the world at that style (if you can call it a style).

I've only ever really seen them during their run in TNA and I really enjoyed them.
I say, whatever works for them. WWE doesn't really need them, and if they don't need WWE then fair play to them.

Doesn't WWE already have a tag team that uses a super kick party?

I said that they might be the best Indy tag team in the world alongside the Brisco's, but in terms of the entire world, they're up there. They're labeled as spot monkeys, but they're not just that.

Damn near every other team on the indies is just two singles stars put together....but those two and The Young Bucks specifically eat, sleep and breathe tag team wrestling and that's why i love them. Not to mention they are god damn entertaining as heels....when they were faces they were dull as hell.

Good for the Bucks, seems like they're having the time of their lives killing it all over the world. As much as I'd love them in NXT, I can't imagine them on the main roster with a half-decent storyline due to creative. As long as they're happy, that's what's important.

I'd rather watch spot monkeys than wristlocks and transitions for 1/2 hour. At least it's exciting.

I honestly don't know why anybody thinks they're great. They're not bad, but they're not God's gift to wrestling.

Well said. WWE's travel schedule may have been a factor, too. Apparently both Bucks have kids in their lives. I didn't know that. With that, I imagine they make much more than the reported $20-30,000 NXT pay. $20-30,000? Jesus! Where was this information from? Im not saying you are lying but good Lord, that is a small check for what they do. I find it hard to believe the guys that were recruited to come there, (Neville, Devitt, Itami, Zyne, and Steen) are making that low of a salary. The recruited guys like Balor and Itami are probably making as much or more than lower card main roster members. Good on the Bucks if they're happier doing what they're doing now. It'd be funny if WWE just offered them a deal to spite Punk's offhand "I'll go wrestle the Young Bucks at PWG" comment.

I disagree with who says they're dumb to refuse the WWE. Wrestling isn't only WWE, they have little children and they wanna spend more time with their family and in the WWE they couldn't do that very often. Everybody could come and say "but a lot of other wrestlers live away from their families!", so what? It's their choice. Everybody can choose whatever he wants for him and his family. Plus, they make some good money in NJPW and in the independent circuit, so good for them.

If I remember correctly, Zayn and Neville stated that on Talk Is Jericho.
