wasn't expecting to get anything new before I get Elite 33 & Alicia Fox for Christmas, but I jumped on these Battle Packs when I saw them on eBay, and split my Hogan/Brie Bella order so I could get the Hulkster sooner!!
Battle Pack 31
Ultimate Warrior & John Cena
Not even gonna bother saying anything about Cena, same old crap. As for Warrior, love the attire, wish it were elite, but either way very nice addition to my Ultimate Warrior collection.
Battle Pack 32
Daniel Bryan & Triple H
This Triple H with his suit actually has a neck as opposed to the one I made from his TRU exclusive and a short haired scan so thats a plus. The Bryan is nice as usual although the painted face, like many have said is kind of annoying.
New Age Outlaws
Mattel did a great job on these two, just wish it wasn't released soo far after them being relevant, but I guess we can always relive the glory days of early 2014 when the New Age Outlaws were World Tag Team champions
Defining Moments Hulk Hogan
I was really shocked when Ringside announced they got it in before X-Mas, so even though I had an order of Hogan and B48 Brie Bella due for January, I absolutely had to pay the extra couple of bucks to get it delivered before Brie got in stock, and it was very worth it. Are there a few flaws in the figure? Absolutely, I would have much rather preferred a cloth shirt especially for a DM figure, and the holes in the hair where the bandana fits are a little annoying when the bandana's not on, but still overall an awesome first Hogan from Mattel. It's hard to believe we went 4 years without one, I'm not the biggest Hogan fan in the world but he is without question essential to any wrestling collection and the custom I made a few years ago simply wasn't cutting it anymore. Another small thing I like about this figure was the inside box art, nice little touch by Mattel to make it look like Hogans ripped shirt. Can't wait to get a Hollywood Hogan!
THE IRRESISTIBLE FORCE MEETS THE IMMOVABLE OBJECT!
