I hope it's better this time.
I remember when Hogan and Bischoff first took over. They had a dome shaped cage match Homicide was supposed to win, but he wasn't strong enough to get out. After that he disappeared for a while. Poor guy.

I really hope TNA has learned from their mistakes and will take the proper steps to not make them again... and again.
They also need to sign some new young talent. TNA needs a fresher feel when they re-debut.

I do have Destination America and it looks like the whole day on 1/7 is devoted to Impact. From 9:00am down they're airing TNA things. Best of Impact 2014, TNA's Best Moment and more all leading up to the show. Well...Dixie was smart this time then. She got a TNA Network and is getting paid for it.

Ricochet and ACH would be perfect for the x division.

TNA needs a fresher feel when they re-debut. This can't be stressed enough imo. Presenting the same sh*t in new packaging is still just sh*t. So they need to infuse new, younger, talent into the product right out of the gate while people are paying attention. I don't know who really fits, and I'm sure they have plenty of trouble getting guys to sign knowing WWE treats their talent like the plague, but they have a pretty decent opportunity in front of them this week with the channel change and they need to capitalize on it. The Wolves signing was perfect for the brand, so I'd love to see something along those lines. Seems like most of the potential candidates are either busy in ROH, former WWE talent that would likely just disappoint most people, or over in Japan busy being better off. Carlito and Drew McIntyre are two guys I'd like to see but I'm not sure how excited that makes people. I honestly don't have the solution, but they need to do something fresh.

TNA should work at finding some other guys that aren't already becoming parts of established products.

Funny you mention that, cause I read today that TNA wants Alberto El Patron to debut on their debut show on Wednesday, where it'll be a non exclusive deal since he has the ROH deal till March. I know they've wanted him since he left WWE, but it's interesting none the less. EDIT: I forgot to mention, I honestly don't think Alberto el Patron would sign. I'm sure he's fine working for AAA, ROH, possibly Lucha Underground since I don't really know if it's confirmed that he'll appear on Lucha Underground soon.

Luckily, this Wednesday I have no work, last day where I don't have classes till next week, I can watch the TNA marathon, but at the same time ever since I started working, I don't get the time I used to have to play video games, so I'm debating whether to catch the marathon at 1 (since they repeat the Best of Impact Wrestling after the other countdown they have scheduled that I forgot) or play video games at that time.

Saw the guy from India, Mahabali Shera, wrestle at an indy fed recently. He's going to be incredible.

I always liked Del Rio, so I'm not against him joining TNA. But I would love to see them go out and sign some fresh faces that haven't been in WWE. Watching NXT reminds me of what TNA should have been many years ago. A nice alternative with the younger, hungrier stars of tomorrow.

If I ran TNA, I would get one of their agents to scout the indies, including ROH, and see what guys would be interested to go to TNA. IMO, they could use a new tag team or two, a few new X-Division guys and definitely new knockouts. I would start by getting new knockouts. I would honestly get a few women from the indies, tape matches for either the show or for dark matches, and see how they do. I would love for someone like Mia Yim, Ivelisse as example to get a shot. Those two IMO are two women that I am shocked that they're not in either WWE or TNA today, and I feel WWE made a mistake releasing Ivelisse when they had her, but I feel she's improved a ton since leaving WWE. So IMO, new knockouts, a couple new tag teams and X-Division guys would be enough for now. I would not mind Alberto el Patron to be in TNA, it's one more big name they can get, and that's something I think TNA is lacking right now, especially when they're averaging 200 people at house shows.

I'm looking forwards to how TNA presents itself with it's debut on Destination America, I felt TNA needed a facelift visually to represent the direction they've been going ( TNA's become more wrestling orientated nowdays ) and to also give themselves a fresh start with this "reboot". I'd really like to see them bring back the promo's they did in the mid-2000's hyping up the matches and giving a rundown on each wrestler, back then they'd make every match seem like a big deal, make wins and losses matter and present the product in a more sports-like way instead of trying to be like the WWE.

The 9pm EST one. On my guide it says "S13:E01" and has the description of Bobby Roode defends against Bobby Lashley.

Not gonna happen. Still the same idiots running/writing the show. I have low expectations, but I'll give it another chance.

So...Like Total Divas, but with wrestling matches. Just when I thought TNA couldn't get worse.

I wish the marathon was today so I could have it on in the background while I work. I'll be missing the live airing tomorrow night as I'm going out for my birthday, but I'll watch on Thursday morning and discuss on my blog.

God dammit TNA. Your the best friend who grew up to be a loser. I still love you but you keep screwing up and it gets harder to forgive each time.
