www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30764513An absolute shocker for me and my bro. Obviously he's quite unknown to a casual fan of footie but any player of FIFA's Career mode would have come across him in the last four years and know the legend he digitally is, certainly one of those regular exciting players we go for every year, we in fact have him in our squad now in 2018 at 24 years of age at 84 and just popped a goal in, in our last match. So cheers to Junior Malanda. A true sadness at his loss tonight. Thoughts and prayers to his friends and family. Far too young. RIP

Terrible to lose someone so young, especially a talented guy like this.

Remember him playing against Everton in the Europa this season. Didn't know much about him but seemed highly regarded and popular with the Belgian players. RIP.

Awful news. Saw him on Fifa. Thought he'd fit right in with Belgian's Golden Generation. RIP.

The Bundesliga plays a huge role in my life so I knew him quite well from watching many games and it's an absolute shame. He could have been big. Rest in Peace, Junior. Also I hate those ing disrespectful bungholes who use his death to make profit on FUT. His price went from 2k to over 500k and back down again.

It seems that whoever drove the car was going about 250 km/h even though it was raining and there were strong winds. Also apparently Junior Malanda didn't put on his seatbelt.
If that's true, natural selection at its finest.
