I trusted the opinions of my friends saying Sculpey III was great for customizing figures and all and I have used about half of 1 of the 5 packs of clay I bought.. Bad move buying Sculpey.. everything I have sculpted so far has broken off at the slightest touch. This is the worst clay I've used. I started with cheap modeling clay and that works much better. I'm pretty peeved with this product and I am wondering if anyone else is experience a similar issue. If so.. please share and any tips on how to fix it would be pretty cool.

Yes I had the same problems with a similar product years ago. Try an epoxy clay such as Milliput or Aves Apoxie, they harden by themselves and are extremely tough when cured.

what are you drying/heating the clay with? I use a heat gun and or blow dryer to cure the clay and ive never had any issues with the stuff in 10 years of use.
