I have zero sympathy for Chuck.. It's his own fault.

They've gotta give us a flashback eventually that shows what made him like he is towards Jimmy.. They've kinda dropped hints about some jealousy due to Jimmy being their father's favorite son, but nothing has been shown.

They've kinda dropped hints about some jealousy due to Jimmy being their father's favorite son, but nothing has been shown. I think it's mostly been explained away, and they just haven't made much obvious... Jimmy's their father's favorite. Jimmy gets away with pulling his antics Everyone likes Jimmy Everyone wants Jimmy around Even his own wife loved Jimmy, even after he basically begged her to cut dinner short before he even got there. Then on top of it all, Chuck dedicates his life to this career, to this passion, to something he deems "sacred"...and in waltzes Jimmy, becoming a lawyer, and somehow people even want him in that line of work, even though Chuck is superior in every way. In a sense, I can understand the frustration. I get it. But I still wouldn't treat my worst enemy the way Chuck treats Jimmy. And the difference is, in that episode, Chuck lied. Even after basically f***ing Jimmy over, Jimmy was still there for his brother. What happens when Chuck's the one that gets screwed? He goes out of his way to prove Jimmy's a scumbag, and bury him. You don't do family that way. At least not immediate family.

I think one of the main sources of contention between the two brothers was how Jimmy was stealing money and skimming from his fathers store for years and it eventually shut down.
I work in the legal field and have for years. Lawyers like Saul/Jimmy with their commercials and loose sense of ethics are highly looked down upon in the industry. It gives others who work in the legal profession a bad name. Compound that with the fact that they share the same name, they are brothers. It's hard to escape your brothers reputation in a professional field. Chuck new Jimmy would be a f*** up and disrespect his profession and potentially soil his name he worked hard to cultivate.
I think it's a testament to the show that we dislike a fairly morally upstanding man and are rooting for his lying, scam artist brother.

A whole lot of nothing happened in that season finale.

I did not see the finale going that way, at all. My thinking was Chuck was going to be in rough shape in the hospital and the episode would revolving around Jimmy having to make the decision to "pull the plug" on his brother but nope, Chuck is just fine and it looks like Season 3 is going to be about Chuck going after Jimmy. Dammit Jimmy, you fell right into Chuck's hands.

I was disappointed in that finale. I hate cliff hangers like that.

God I ing HATE Chuck. That punk little bitch. I swear he's a ing terrible person. Dude didn't get any attention from Mommy and Daddy now ge's gotta take it out on everyone else. him man. him. I was really stoked to see the heart moniter in the beginning of the episode but I knew the tint of the shot meant it was a flashback. I really wish the dude woulda died. . Smug POS. Who do you guys think left the 'Don't' note on Mike's wagon. Had to be Gus or one of his cronies. Pretty okay episode overall. Except for the fact Chucks still alive... ! lol

He wouldn't want Mike to kill Hector because the entire Mexican cartel, except Nacho, would think Gus had something to do with it and bring a massive drug war into the States.

I felt like it was a slightly underwhelming season finale but only because the teasers they showed us hyped us up pretty good. As far as storytelling goes, it sets up a lot for season 3. Sucks that we won't get to see it for another 10 months.

I was fine with the ending . Nothing huge but we got the big reveal that Chuck played Jimmy before the ending unlike the stupid Walking Dead cliffhanger.
I figure this is what leads to Jimmy changing his name but I also feel that this will end up disbaring Kim as well and ruining her career, in turn also ruining her and Jimmy's relationship.
I feel it was one of Gus' henchmen that honked the horn, leading to the first meeting between Mike and Gus at the end of next season.
Shame we gotta wait until next year for more.

I have not even started watching the second season and don't want to be spoiled but can someone (or multiple people) quote me and say if the season was great or not (maybe with a grade)? I'll be binge watching the second season soon either way but I just wanted to know what everyone thought.

I thought Season 2 was better than the first, I have no problem giving it an A-, just overall really good television.
