You're in a minority with that last part. Pretty sure most people think Mike needs a paternity test for Bo and Bray. XD Tatanka got his revenge for IRS stealing his feathers by feathering IRS' wife.

So let's start with one. I fell asleep. The end. Seriously though, I LOVED the garbage treatment Hayes got throughout. Tito Santana is hilarious. "It is my deeeessssstineeeee to win at Wrestlemania!" 1-9, bruddah. I started getting interest during JYD's match. Guy was a true showman. Would have survived great today I think. Sammartino (Bruno) looked AMAZING even at an older age. He was in great shape. The "Divas" match was hilarious. Oh, you mean that 9 second match was a King King Bundy match? Whoops. Richter vs. Kai was GARBO. Such a crap match. But damn, Lauper gave a GREAT promo. Andre getting the "whatever" treatment was crap. Guy is a Giant and body slammed Studd, yet just gets shrugged off in the post match interview? Stupid. It's amazing to see how buff Steamboat used to be. Jeez. The main event was really just...ugh. I loved the spectacle idea and the aura behind it before I watched it. But having FINALLY seen it, meh. Piper was a ing hero boss. I'm not sure what I was expecting but...the whole event was very much an 80's wrestling show. Again, probably my fault for being a spoiled 2000's fan. XD yeah, one thing to remember - back then, WrestleMania wasn't a "thing" yet. in fact, there was no way to even know, or reason to think, it was more than just a one-time special MSG show, which is exactly how it came across. the kind of matches you would see at MSG back then, only with a bunch of celebrities thrown into the mix. LOL! if you didn't like the first Mania, just WAIT til you watch WrestleMania 2 !!!

Wrestlemania 2 time: Orndorff vs. Muracco- Too short, dumb ending, nuff said. Savage vs. Steele- Was hoping for more from this. Savage is Savage and I love me some George Steele. Knowing what's next for Savage though...works for me. Roberts vs. Wells- FOAM. Mr. T vs. Piper- Fabulous. Mr. T was solid as a "wrestling character" I'll give him that. Piper is a GOD though. But I died in his post match interview later in the show: "I don't have to have my hair cut like an Indian or my skin painted black to be a big deal." How he got away with that, beyond me. But Piper IS the man. Moolah vs. McIntyre- **facepalm** Kirchner vs. Volkoff- And you two are employed...why? Battle Royal- Really, really fun. Loved seeing a member of the Steel Curtain in the match. Ernie sucked, but was fun. Perry was hilarious. Sammartino, again, defied age and looked SUPERB. Weird seeing Bret Hart before he was much of anything...kind of cool seeing his early days. But, again, the commentators and interviewers for just sh*tting on Andre. I dot get it. Bulldogs vs. Dream Team- fun for what it was. Valentine may be the most boring wrestler in the history of ever, so anything he's in kind of sucks to me. Before I continue, I must put out there my most important note from WM2: I was praying the entire last hour that Ventura would have choked out Lord Hayes and ing killed Elvira. Some of the worst commentary...ever. And I listen to Book and Cole weekly. Sheesh. Steamboat vs. Hercules- Dark horse match. Not MOTN, but number two easily. Again, Steamboat was clearly taking his steroids and praying heart failure didn't kick in like Hogan told him, but he was still superb. Surprised how much Hercules didn't suck ass. Adonis vs. Elmer- Adonis made that match watchable. Hell of an athlete for his size. Uncle Elmer...he was employed...why, exactly? Funks vs. JYD/Santana- Match of the night. Easily. Fabulous tag match, something that would have fit into today's style. Again, JYD may be the most underrated wrestler of that era...so damn over it is unbelievable watching in hindsight. Santana: all game no bark. His inability to talk HAD to be what kept him in the loser bin. 1-1, 0-8 to come, Chico. Hogan vs. Bundy- Kind of have no real opinion on this as I've seen it before and I played the storyline in 30 Years last year. Ok match, not main event worthy, but you know, Hogan.

As a kid I had this official WWF History Of Wrestlemania magazine that came out just before Wrestlemania 7. The magazine looked back at the previous six Wrestlemanias and at the back of the magazine it had this little results section where it told you each events card and the results of the match. And I vividly remember seeing that is said "Jake The Snake Robbers Wrecked George Wells" My 9 (or 10) year old mind was so intrigued as to what this meant and I was desperate to see Wrestlemania 2. Jake Robberts must have put the biggest beating on this guy of all time! was what my mind thought.
Wel after a trip to Woolworths one day the had the Wrestlemania 2 VHS and I begged my dad to buy it which he did. The drive home was torture as I was so desperate to see George Wells get wrecked......... I should probably add that I had no freaking clue who this George Wells guy was! Anyway the match was nothing special at all and I still do not get why the magazine said George Wells got wrecked.

If you are going to watch Wrestlemania 1-13, you must get this set! I was 8 when I received this on Christmas Day. My dad must have spent a fortune because I remember at the time him saying I wasn't going to get anything else because of how much it cost. I played the crap out of these things.

WMII was dire......absolutely dire. You gonna join our watch everything club? I tried doing that myself last year, in order, and with a review of each. I didn't make it. got up to like 22 or 23 or something. with a job, wife, and kids, it can get too overwhelming sometimes. that said, I'm picking some Mania's to watch, in completely random order. I watched XXIV yesterday. it's the only one I don't own, and the only one I've never seen the whole way through.

I'm in.
I watched Wrestlemania I the other day, and here are my thoughts.
-Mean Gene singing the national anthem is best for business.
-Tito Santana vs. The Executioner was okay, but nothing special. -King Kong Bundy vs. SD Jones was a super short pointless match.
-Ricky Steamboat was JACKED in his match with Matt Borne.
-Brutas Beefcake and David Sammartino were both awful wrestlers, but it was at least cool to see Bruno get involved.
-JYD vs. Greg Valentine was a pretty decent match. -Shiek & Volkoff vs. Windham & Rotundo was okay.
- Lou Albano and Freddie Blassie were both awesome.
-Big John Studd vs. Andre The Giant was probably my favorite match of the show. Andre was the man, and the crowd went nuts when he slammed John Studd.
-Nothing too special about Wendi Richter vs. Leilani Kai, but it wasn't that bad.
-The Main Event was pretty cool. Hogan & Mr. T were mega over
Overall, this wasn't a bad show. Especially seeing as it was the first Wrestlemania. Some parts of the show felt like I was watching a glorified MSG house show, but other than that it was good.
