Wow people are so sad swapping figures.
How the hell do they even have time to do that shouldn't the store people (or other shoppers) notice it?
EDIT:
I take it they return it and prepare it to look nice (sometimes they do a horrid job and somehow the return people allow it..) beforehand at home.
