My question is, when there is a championship match on a house show, if the superstar wins the belt, has he ever kept it?
Thanks!

Christian won the IC title at house show in 2003 I think. Edge won it in 1999 at a house show. That's on his first dvd. Shawn & Diesel won the tag titles at the house show before SummerSlam 94 The Quebecers won the tag titles at a MSG house show in 1994 The Godwinns won the tag titles at the Kliq Incident MSG house show in 1996

Edge in 1999 won and kept the IC Title until he lost it back to Jarrett the next night at Fully Loaded.
London/Kendrick won the World Tag Titles in 2007 I believe and then lost them back to Cade/Murdoch the next nights house show, technically WWE still recognized the title change.
Christian beat Booker for the IC Title in 03 because Booker got injured.
La Resistance beat Regal and Eugene in 2005 for the World Tag Titles because Eugene was injured.
Thats all I can think of at the moment. Besides the ones already mentioned

John Morrison and The Miz beat CM Punk and Kofi Kingston for the Raw World Tag Titles in the fall of 2008 at a house show up here in Ontario, Canada.
It happens. Mainly it happens because...
A: A wrestler is injured and they are getting the belt switched as soon as it can be done B: To further a story line on TV C: To pop the area and make it worthy coming back again

Diesel is by far the most famous example of this because of the way it happened.
Also, Bret Hart won his first world title from Ric Flair in 1993 at a house show and kept the belt for half a year.

It was a Superstars of Wrestling TV taping, but for some reason, Vince chose not to air the match on TV, instead released it on coliseum video and chose to have Bret come out on Superstars as the new WWE Champion for an interview with Mean Gene.

I'm not sure if it was a house show or not, but The Rockers beat The Hart Foundation for the Tag Team titles. It ended up being a no contest I think because the top rope became loose during the match. Actually, thinking about it, it was probably for TV.

It didn't air because NBC chose to give Vince 60 minutes on Friday night instead of 90 minutes on Saturday night, so that match got cut, therefore never technically happened.

The Hardcore title changed hands here in Jacksonville Florida in 2001 or 2002 during a House Show. It was a 3 way dance of X-Pac vs Raven vs RVD. Raven was the champion, X-Pac pinned him, then Raven pinned X-Pac to recapture the title near the curtain. I guess it wasn't official since Raven won it back in the same match, with the 24/7 rules. Still, this was a fun match. Even a Van Terminator in X-Pac with a Trash Can.

When Edge got injured, did they just have Jericho give the other two tag titles to Big Show or did they vacate them?

In 1998, Booker T and Benoit traded the WCW TV title back and forth over the course of four consecutive days. Booker T had it on the Tuesday Thunder taping, Benoit won it on Thursday, Booker won it on Friday, Benoit won it on Saturday, Booker won it on Sunday.
It was not referenced on Monday Nitro (or ever as far as I'm aware), and Booker proceeded to lose it to Fit Finlay. I remember being very confused when I saw it listed in PWI's yearly guide book at the end of year.
