WWE Network is now available to watch on only one device at a time.
I was unaware of this until I just read about it.
I think it's a lowball move. Paying 9.99 a month for the network since its inception. Me and my girlfriend should be able to watch it on different devices at the same time. We shouldn't have to pay 19.98 to watch WWE Networ if one of us is away.
I get not allowing X amount of devices at a singular time, but 2-3 maximum should be allowable. Seems like a cheap ploy to try and up subscriptions.
They also are threatening to cancel your subscription if you run on more than one device at a time.

TBH, there's no reason why they should let you use it in two separate households at the same time.

Wow, that's stupid. Two devices at a time would be fine, but just one is stupid.

That kind of sucks. I usually have it on my phone as backup if my PPV stream crashes on my computer.

So you can have it on loads of devices but only watch one at a time?
That seems fair, they will get a few more subscribers that way.

This is new news to me and this sucks. I wouldn't be suprised if they lose subscribers over this.

Lame. I see the rationale of not allowing an account to be shared by people with different IPs, but to limit to just one device at a time is ing dumb.

Looks like I might have to get a separate account. I've been splitting the payment with someone else and now only one of us can watch the PPV's. I'm certainly not about to alternate watching them. Smh dirtbag move Vince.

well, I just told them how classless this was, and a lowball maneuver on their Facebook page, ESPECIALLY with no warning to any subscribers! let's see if they respond. this is a real issue to me, cause I like to watch it on my I=Pad, while my son watches it on his I-Phone, and now we're going to have to pick and choose who watches when.
question - what happens if you try to go on at the same time? one gets blocked, or just gets a blacked out screen or something? do you have to log out of one device to get another one to work?

That's just stupid, I usually watch the network in my room and my brother watches it in his room, so I guess now we have to watch PPV's together. -.-

Jeez am I the only one that doesnt have a problem with this? I have it on my PS3 and my iPhone but I would have no reason to watch two devices at the same time. I see no issue's here.

I was using it on my laptop and Xbox just last night. I think it's a new initiative. The New TOS states: Although your WWE Network subscription is accessible on a number of devices, your use is limited to one (1) WWE Network stream on one (1) device at any given time. IF YOU CIRCUMVENT OR ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT ANY OF THE USE RESTRICTIONS IN THESE TERMS, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION. SHARING OF LOGIN INFORMATION, INCLUDING PASSWORDS, IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. So technically you can still watch it on multiple at a time. It's hard to say how strictly they will enforce the termination. Also, I know a lot of people this new condition is not an issue. I'd say moreso shared account holders IE: Have a household with Network. Go away on business etc etc. even though you have the account for one household now you may miss out on a PPV you really wanted to see. Just an example. Or when I'm on break at school and I have the Network on and if my dad is off work and wants to watch the Network now we have to pick and choose who gets to use WWE network. The idea for streaming is to be able to use it wherever your at, not have to have multiple accounts per household I'm just not a fan of singular devices for these services. Netflix has the right model.

I see no issue's here. my issue is that my son and I would both watch, sometimes at the same time. now we can't. I wasn't doing like 3 or 4 devices at the same time. but it's going to be an annoyance if one of us is watching something and the other tries to get on at the same time.

Netflix has the right model. I got no response from WWE, but some guy on Facebook keeps insisting it was part of the Terms of Service all along, which it was not! whatever, frack off! you made a good point - I'm out of town, and want to watch the PPV that night. my son is home, and wants to watch the PPV that night. only one of us gets the option. now.
