If you read the extended reports of that, it was to get a day off from training. If it were me, I would keep my mouth shut and not skip a day of training.

It's the most tame of the reports that I've read but having a male trainee stick his bare ass in a woman's face is really ed up. I would have just trained that day too. That's why I asked what everyone get their dignity is worth.

I'm sure training is hard as hell, but is it worth ONE DAY? I don't think it is. Just train that day.
I think that's what Bill was going for in an odd way. What lengths would you go to to get out of training? How bad do you want to train and how bad do you want to NOT train.
It's sort of like if you're used to doing work, you can find it harder to screw around than just pitch in and do your work.

It was still out of line, and I'm sure he could've found something a lot less humiliating, but it's hardly the worst thing he's done.

Oh he absolutely could have found something less humiliating, and I totally agree it was weird and out of line...but he probably didn't think they'd go for it just to get out of training for one day.

I don't doubt that. I mean, I wouldn't really agree to have a man shove his ass in my face. I'm kind of curious as to what the Jelly donut did to be forced into such actions. They were innocent donuts.

I would of walked away to be honest. I think in these situations it's more harmful than helpful to file a complaint. I would of rather had my health and well being than a job I hated going too. There is no telling if Bill Demott would of critically injuried someone for standing up to him so I would rather just put in my notice and went home. I think I would of felt safer with a small Indy promontion than that according to the articles I've read.

I'm thinking the jelly donut was lollygagging during drills.

It's not a matter of "oh I have dealt with bullying before I'm man enough to handle it" it's the principle of you shouldn't have to deal with that crap at work especially when you're in training. That's garbage and i would have reported him.

Set up a hidden camera and anonymously release the footage online. Maybe add a GTV logo in the corner.

Maybe not wanting to or hating to not live out my dream in wwe though I prob would of quit and looked else where

Where is the "cry in a corner" option? I need to be able to vote.

From what I read, the only time I'd make any kind of complaint to him or anyone would be when he'd hit an injured body part, especially the head. Other than that I would like to think I'd use the "bullying" to motivate me.

I'd buy him a Build-a-Bear, take him to a nice dinner at Applebees and then make sweet love to him.

I would have kept my mouth shut, and that's what everybody did until they were no longer in WWE. The bully knows that he has the power and that if these young kids were to speak up, they would just be let go and have their dreams of being a wrestler hit a huge roadblock. That's how the bully is able to get away with their behavior.

I'd take his mom out for a nice dinner and NEVER CALL HER AGAIN.

Anyone who says they'd stand up for themselves is probably full of crap, honestly. If your dream is to make it to WWE and you worked your ass to get signed, you'll put up with the BS and hope Bill doesn't cripple you. Honestly I think that's the problem. While I haven't been following the whole Bill Demott thing, seems like everybody who has complained are the college wrestlers/football players, that are only in the wrestling business because WWE offered them a contract. I don't doubt that. I mean, I wouldn't really agree to have a man shove his ass in my face. I'm kind of curious as to what the Jelly donut did to be forced into such actions. Like every nxt guy everyone would have out up with it. Though after hearing bill hit rusev in the neck after having neck surgery I'm surprised rusev didn't beat his ass. Rusev looks like a guy you don't want to be on the wrong side of.
