I have a Jakks Patriot head and was wondering how I would carve a hole in order to fit a Mattel body? I've heard people say to use a dremel but I thought dremel was a sanding device, not a drilling device. Thanks!

dremels can drill too depending on the tip you use

I actually found someone to do it for me! He's going to mail it back once he's done. It was cheaper than me messing up a $15 patriot head and buying a dremel.
