Does anybody remember the uproar in the All Star Voting a few months ago because 8 Royals and Mike Trout were the leading AL votegetters? Turns out that was all justified. #voteomar

Just got back from a work related meeting that involved flying into Houston. About 90% of that airport did not care for my Royals hat.
Or my ALCS Champions Shirt.
Weird...

I don't know why they would be upset, they didn't care about that team untill the playoffs started. I remember watching them on tv play at home against Texas in Sept and,it was maybe half full.

Pretty surprised the Giants didn't pick up Aoki's option. I thought he was a good value. I get they want to save a little cash to make a run at a couple of guys but $5.5 mil isn't really that big of a contract. Not with Pagan earning over $11 next season. Pagan is not the same dude either. Rahter have Nori. So in addition to all the arms they're going to need they also need a reasonably priced outfielder which to my understanding was Aoki. I don't get it. Whatever, I hope it works out.

The Minnesota Twins won the bidding for Korean 1B Byung Ho Park. Where is he going to fit though? They already have enough 1B/DH types with Joe Mauer, Trevor Plouffe and Miguel Sano. Are they going to move one of those guys to the OF to replace Torii Hunter?
