As usual, I had a topic to write about and decided to share my answers here, as well as ask people who they would put atop the list. So, in all of wrestling history, who do you think are the best trios ever? Here's my list!

Glad to see you ranked the Shield as number one. I wouldn't argue with anyone that said Freebirds either.

The Shield OGDX - HBK, HHH & Chyna NWO Also, if we're going to play the vintage card with the Freebirds then you also have to include the Von Erichs. Without Kevin, David, and Kerry, we aren't talking about Hayes, Gordy and Roberts. Needs more 3 Count. The Shield is my choice. Team Angle is the only other i can think of. Team Extreme, The Brood, Dudleys, Legacy, 3MB, Jersey Triad, Mexicools, Too Cool, Dusty and the Road Warriors, X-Factor. It ultimately depends on how loose you want to get with the trio terminology and what those teams meant, big picture.

Damn were they entertaining.

The Shield, The Fabulous Freebirds and Team Angle all spring to mind. Honourable mentions for the Wyatt Family and Evolution 2014.

Waiting for the "SHEILD IS OVERRATED AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER EXISTED" comments. But yeah id say the shield is the best. I loved most of their run.

These guys changed the business. I can't concievbaly put the Shield ANYWHERE near them in terms of importance. The problem is the nWo is so convoluted that it's never really looked at as a trio. It's more of a giant stable which even had sub-stables within a stable. Shield was a trio from the start. No other members, no other colors, no BS.

I guess I am just gonna go on what I remember growing up watching for my top 5 favourite trio teams.
5. The Shield 4. Demolition 3. The Triple Threat (Shane Douglas, Chris Candido & Bam Bam Bigelow) 2. Barry Windham, Brian Pillman & Steve Austin 1. The NWO (Hollywood Hogan, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall)

Once they added The Giant it just became a confusing mess.
