I don't think anyone should get their hopes up for an Angle return.

Well, maybe if WWE had actually signed Kurt when they had the chance...

Why would they mention TNA's heavyweight champion on their website?

Because it's Kurt freakin Angle!! He could become the Undisputed Unified TNA ROH NJPW IWGP AAA Champion of Champions, and that still wouldnât stop the WWE from mentioning the Real American Olympic Hero.

Am i the only one that does not give a single about what WWE.com "wants" ? For example the WWE Alumnis they "want" to see on NXT? As long as Vinnie Mac & Triple H don't do anything about it i won't care about what WWE.com "wants" ! Who wants to see Cena beating the guy that Vince won't use like a Main Event/Upper Mid Carder and the Guy that won't win the US Title so quickly after his Debut anyway ? They might could have a good Match but no thanks..

I can't think of many things that would make me mark out more than a surprise Angle return. But sadly it just doesn't seem to be in the cards.

WWE.com loves to namedrop Sting and act like he's so respected and a constant suggestion to have a match with so many people.....but none of it is going to happen so I don't know why they even bother.
They've suggested how many feuds for Sting on WWE.com? It's just insulting at this point. WWE isn't going to use him again until it's time to job to Undertaker. They'll never give him a win.

He probably thought the same thing... When he deposited that gigantic WrestleMania check into his bank account. Sting isn't a fool man, I know you wanted one of your all time favorites to be treated better but I think both sides understood what was going to happen before he signed on. As an old man that made a great career without the WWE, he's choosing to end his career with mainstream attention, big paydays, a future Hall of Fame induction, and a solidified legacy that will be recognized by the biggest wrestling industry to ever exist.. Sting played his cards right.

Like you said, he got the cash that big fat Wrestlemania paycheck and has been getting paid by WWE for almost a year now, so I'm sure he's cool with it. As a fan who WANTS to see more Sting, I just find it kind of insulting that they keep doing articles about 'STING MIGHT DO THIS" and "STING MIGHT DO THAT".....because I watch the show then thinking MAYBE Sting will show up....but he's not going to be used too much, so it's like getting my hopes up.

I rather see John Cena come out to accept John Cena's US Title challenge!!
Imagine that, Cena is in the ring, when all of a sudden.... John Cena's music hits! And out comes another John Cena and Vince can be creaming in his pants in the back over how great that would be.

What's really upsetting is that they botched String signing with WWE. Who is this sting guy?

Yeah I'm still sad they didn't sign Angle when they could. I understand the reasons why but I feel like the good outweighs the bad here.

I'd be down for it! Such a shame Kurt has been in TNA all of these years.

Its a pity actual WWE hasn't shown any genuine interest in him for years though.....id love to see Angle back for a few matches but I really cant see it happening in a wrestling role.
