What if they had three piece shirts with interchangeable front sections? *Excuse my crude drawing*
![](http://i.imgur.com/82BXBWv.jpg) There would be regular pegs on the side but also other pegs on the shoulders to allow people to switch the front piece of the shirt to whatever they'd prefer - normal or ripped. ![](http://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/hulk-hogan-rip-shirt.jpg) @ MattelDesignTeam

i dont care about the shirt being able to rip open in the front, i also dont like the way the HULK RULES (elite) rubber shirt fits on my basic hogan.. i'm glad i bought a HULK RULES shirt ./ semi tank top from ralphie while ago, it looks PERFECT on my basic hogan.. i'll take a picture when i get home..
i prefer any future elite flashback HULK HOGAN figs to have a cloth shirt with simple velcro closure on back or maybe under the arms if possible so the back can have signature tears... i like the mattel cloth shirts with velcro because you can pull them tighter if needed, like my mattel legends 5 macho man, the classic purple tee shirt put on him looks too loose unrealistic from the way he always wore it, but i was able to rig it so it looks naturally perfecto!
whats very important to me for future flashback HOGANS is the bandana.. ok we got the early Hulk look from DM with headband (87 88).. and the very early Hulk look (85 86) from the upcoming rsc exc. NOW SOO BADLY we need a great 1990 or 91 HULK.. so many options but they must have a removable bandana.. HULK RULES, PYTHON POWER, the dumbell shirt, the usa flag shirt, with matching bandana i would love to get a blue with white stars from WM7 as a secondary bandana..
what say you?

I think it's time for some cloth hulk shirts already.

I'm just hoping for a red Hulkamania headband or Hulk Rules bandana(preferably molded) for the upcoming Superstars Entrance Hogan.

Cloth shirts....I got some made from Raplhs but the quality and attention is not there anymore. Unfortunately I don't know who else makes custom cloth shirts.

heres an example of my HULK RULES cloth shirt made by ralphs.. i would like MATTEL to make more HOGAN cloth shirts fit and look like this, with other designs from 90,91,92.. obviously it looks better on mattel figure, but im not home and i wanted to show all the shirt ![](http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l539/little1ricky/HULKRULES.jpg)

I prefer rubber over cloth, mixed media usually looks bad to me, especially when cloth uses velcro. Wouldn't be bothered by a cloth shirt though. I don't like the vest look either, but you can carefully use some glue to fix it and it looks good, the font and two sides match up perfectly. Won't be getting it off afterwards but whatever it looks good.

I don't think the execution is all that great on the ripped shirt idea. If I display the figure with the shirt in his hands for too long then the shirt will be semipermanently stuck that way and I would have to re-shape it.
Also, too many Jakks Stroke face Hogans in this thread.

the days of awesome cloth shirts are pretty much over. at this point we're lucky to get one in every other elite series. surely wouldnt expect it in a $25 DM.
the plastic cut-down-the-middle shirt was kind of a cool idea once, but now it's just the standard. and yeah it's not really good at all. we can watch Hogan ripping his shirt all we want on the Network, I don't need a plastic shirt cut down the middle for my action figures.

I agree. The ripped shirt was a nice idea, but I'd much rather have a full shirt for my DM/HOF Hogans.
Been tempted to buy E34 just for the shirts.

yet the upcoming HoF Tito Santana has a cloth shirt.
Honestly I prefer rubber over cloth only because it feels less-dress-up. Like if we got a Ric Flair robe in the style of Elite 6 Goldust's robe it would look fantastic, but then you can't move the arms I know.

I don't mind the ripped shirt. I would like it to have some sort of clasp on it though so it can stay shut. I'm buying all Hogan figures either way though.
