What figure or figures were you suprised at how easy they have been to find at retail? A couple figures pop in my head that have recently been released.
1. El Torito. I thought this figure would be a nightmare to find, but I have actually seen this figure many more times than the Roman Reigns figure from the same set. I've probably seen it retail 60 times.
2. New Age Outlaws battlepack. These things are everywhere.
3. Junk Yard Dog. All flashbacks seem to be tough to come by, but not JYD. Even the Cesaros seem to be selling faster than the Dog.
What figures come to your mind that you thought would be tough to find, but turned out to be relatively easy to find?

I second the DMs for being very easy to find. I pre-ordered Hogan & Razor thinking they'll be effing hard to find...but nope. Those things are drowning each other at my nearby stores.

Went to Target today. Saw literally 8 Razor Ramon Defining Moments.
If they were going to be this plentiful, they should've given us alternate attires in the same release. I still want WMX Razor!

I'm lucky with the area I live in. Everything has been easy to find for me. E16 Kevin Nash is the only figure I can think of off the top of my head that I've never seen I stores.

I'm surprised how many places are carrying the defining moments line. But other than that I'm surprised how many times I saw LOD and based off how much Luger was being sold for at ringside and how he still sold out quickly, I still found him regularly at retail

You hit the nail on the head there. I would add X-Pac to that list as well.
With El Torito, I saw about 40 or 50 when it was just basic 42. Then best of and the Kmart 3 pack hit and I saw dozens and dozens more after. I really thought he would be as hard to find as the various Hornswoggles which have all been moderately difficult.

E16 Diesel - besides the two I got for myself I saw at least 15 more.
E34 Paige - I've seen at least 6 now
E33 XPac - once I found mine I've seen about 10.

Basic Corporate Kane. It took months (months after I got him from Mattel's site), but he is at every Target in my area now and he's so old that he's peg warming hard.
