I enjoy basics almost as much as I do elites. I would venture to say the Warrior from the Cena BP/Kmart exclusive is almost as good as the HOF One (but the belt in the HOF along with the package make the overall fig better).

Grim is a fat guy named David from New Jersey, he's not cool or funny at all. I wouldn't call myself a fan, but he's got over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, so he must be doing something right. Yeah and Justin bieber also has over 100 million views on YouTube.......

Ok I get that it's important to cover all eras but what about 2000-present
Dudleys incl Spike (contract issues aside their not wrestling anymore for tna)
Hurricane
Charlie Haas
Billy Kidman
Goldberg
Val Venis
Godfather
Too Cool
Lance storm
Now people mightn't agree with all of above but you get my drift. Mix it up a bit

wow! that's actually a great idea! and im serious. i wish wwe figures will be made that way in the future! ziggler is a great example. just imagine you have a rollins elite and you wet his hair before you play with it and his hair becomes dry with the play like in real life, that's genius! and the way ziggler trunks are worn, when he jumps it looks like triangle underwear, but sometimes like a boxer, i like the spandex i dea! metal chairs are also awesome idea imo ? Unpopular and homoerotic in one.

My opinion is that Mattel half asses most of their figures. I look at a Neca figure, a marvel select, a DC collectibles figure and I compare them to WWE Mattel's and they look like kid toys. The Elite line is supposed to be for Collectors, am I wrong? I think that for a toy aimed at collectors, Neca figures look like crap. Terminator and Rocky, are the only ones I paid attention too, and they were some of the worst figures I've ever seen and about 25 quid to boot. I also think you are comparing chalk and cheese by comparing a cartoon based figure with one based on a human figure. The sheer complexity of the human form is almost impossible to capture in a toy. Even Hot Toys struggled with that from time to time on their early figures. Ummmm, last time I checked DC Collectibles makes figures based off of humans (Arrow?), Marvel Select makes figures based off of humans (movie figures), Neca makes figures based off of humans (Rocky?). So I don't know where that chalk and cheese came from. Also, if you think that the Rocky and Terminator figures are crap, that's your opinion. Last time I checked this is the thread that you can post your "unpopular" opinions without getting criticized. I'm not saying Mattel makes horrible figures, I'm saying that when you compare them to others they look like a kids toy oppose to a collector's toy. I'm not saying they don't look like a real human, I'm saying they could be doing better. Reusing body molds countless times is lazy. Not every single buff guy has the same body. I understand they are trying to make money but if we aren't looking that, Mattel's quality for these figures isn't as good as other companies.

WHY DON'T PEOPLE ING UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE TOYS? ?? I don't even understand the point of this. A toy is something your mom and dad buys you because you don't have any money of your own, or else something you buy for your kids to smash it, bash it, bury it in the back yard, set it on fire, etc. The entire purpose of a toy is to provide amusement in some fashion, and if it provided amusement then it was worth the investment. A collectible is something you buy that has value to you. Whether you open it or leave it in the box, you treasure it to some degree and want it to retain its value. You may display it or store it some place safe or take videos of yourself opening the package to capture the moment, because in some fashion it's special to you, even if you're the only one who "gets it". WWE action figures by Mattel are intended for both consumers who want to blow them up and consumers who want to create museums out of them like they're rare artifacts. The "it's a toy" argument is moot, because it's not "just a toy" to many consumers. Mattel understands this and markets several of their lines to those consumers. $25 action figures didn't even exist when I was a kid, because no parent would buy their kid a "toy rasslin doll" if it cost $25. I was lucky to get one when they were $5, and I beat the living hell out of them because it's obvious that's why they were made. A $25 DM figure? Probably not.

I love when people make a thread and the title is a wrestlers catch-phrase or a form of it, and when you click on it is a photo of the figure OP just bought. I'm glad this is a thing. What about the ones who combine like five different figures into one thread title. For example, the dude bought Rikishi, Razor, Fandango, and Undertaker, so the thread title reads: "RAMON RAZORED A DEADMAN'S WRINKLED ASS WHILE FANDANGOING"

- I don't see why people need to post pictures of figures they recently bought, especially recent current figures that everyone else is getting at the same time. - I think Mattel jumped the gun in cutting the Legends line and Matty Exclusives as soon as they did. They killed them off and in Legends case, liquidated them way too soon. The Legends barely made it a year it feels like, but I've been looking at the same 10 Ice Cream Man CM Punk Slam City figures for more than a year, at full price. - Jakks figures were terrible. Aside from the fact that they would make anyone and every attire, their designs were horrendous, weren't scaled or proportioned well, and were very lazy looking. AMEN

We need A LOT more Savage and Warrior figures, not all these meatball jabroni jobbers. Real men wear neon, makeup, and multicolored sequined greatness, real men are disco space cowboys drowning in tassels. Real men sport dazzlingly airbrushed spandex, which reminds me, we need tons of Rick Rudes figures pronto. One or two doesn't cut it for a man with a wardrobe full of astounding garments.
Also, I like Legends Funk, Snuka and Slaughter, and they like me, y'all just jealous of our love.

While Mattel does a $h1tty job with paint. Whether it's texture, or the quality control. 20-25 is a rip off with that quality, but hey! I'm not complaining!

people should NOT be complaining about the prices ...especially people in the US, where the figures are cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE(!).
