Jakks made a BCA of Yoko in white, but a head with a beard that represented how he looked in 1996. I can't remember him wearing white at that time. Mattel probably just wanted to get out another Yoko and didn't want it to be in the same attire, so they copied what Jakks did with the BCA and just made it white.

Mattel probably just wanted to get out another Yoko and didn't want it to be in the same attire, so they copied what Jakks did with the BCA and just made it white. Me neither. I would like to think that he wore white while teaming with Owen Hart in '95, but I couldn't honestly say that he did. As you said, Yoko's BCA figure was made to look like his early '96 appearance, but what's funny is that repaint wasn't released to KB Toys stores until September 1998. It seems only Hasbro had a legitimate case for making Yoko in white when Series 11 came out in '94.

I'm going to get two sets if possible. Loose and MOC, and maybe another Yokozuna for the tag belts.

Nice. Of the four I'm most excited for Tito. Mattel seemed to capture his expression down perfect from the reference picture but it seems like we'll definitely need to be picky concerning the eye paint, which looks like it could make or break the figure.
