Just because it's in a box, doesn't mean it's not a toy. It's a very cool and expensive toy, but it's still toy. It's no different than any other Mattel other than its production number. So it's different then. No, it's not. It's made out of the same plastic, same cloth, and same paint. The number made doesn't make it any different. All it does is add value.

It's obviously different, it's produced in a different factory in different production lines in drastically limited numbers. The vast majority of limited editions are more expensive than if there is an almost endless run of something. It's not really a debatable issue its a fact.

We already have WM6 and WM7 so to have an attire like this to me is awesome, in my opinion it marks the start of his final return to the WWE That's why I used those examples. I would rather have a look of when he was relevant then when he was a shell of his former self. Same way with guys like Flair or Hogan. Id rather have long hair and nice robes for Flair or a big hulking body for Hogan then some bald horse toothed looking Flair figure and a flabby torso Hogan (although E34 is a great figure but also about $2k cheaper then any Warrior Exclusive figure) The 2k14 ad in my opinion, no way showed Warrior a shadow of his former self, sure he had the limp from his knee injury but other than that, he was in good shape for a 50 odd year old man

Hey, if your bills are paid, and you have the money to spare -- by all means.
It's really that simple. Whether it's a toy or collectible, whether there are 15, or 15,000...does not matter.
To each their own. I see absolutely no difference in dropping 2k on this, than going to a strip club and dropping 2 grand to see some boobs.
And it's better than 2k in booze or drugs. So long as the means of acquisition are ethical, and legal, who cares what anyone else says, if it makes those 15 buyers happy?
I think the figure looks cool, personally. Not 2 grand cool, but cool.

I think theres about 15 stupid people out there that had 2k I paid a days wages for my one. Some collecters might earn 8 bucks an hour and it costs them half a days wages for an elite. Am I stupid? I could sell mine now at nearly double what I paid, all day long. I will never need to.

Ultimate Warrior threads on the Mattel board always seem to turn into a pissing contest.

We're not arguing over whether or not it's a special figure, which it is, but that it's a toy. If you put it next to the Hulk Hogan DM, and showed them to a stranger with no knowledge about figures, they wouldn't be able to tell that one was a 1/15, and the other was made in the thousands.

I'd much rather drop 2k worth of booze, pot, and tits. If we have the choice its women over an overpriced toy of a dead guy then that's an easy choice.

Not to mention old-man Ultimate Warrior doesn't really interest me; maybe if they made one in a basic line. I'd much rather find Legends 4 Warrior for a cheap price.

They couldn't even be bothered to add his tats, so no tattoos... no buys. Figure looks like crap anyway.

It's no longer available from ultimatewarrior.com, sold out pretty quickly. I've only seen two others in here who bought one besides me. Great figure worth every penny of the price I paid Will you ever buy a second to open or is that a no. I noticed you buy one figure moc and one loose. Just curious.

I would like to have one loose too, I'd find it hard to drop that amount on another of the same figure. But if it's spare yeah I'd do it. Not sure of his actual name but iamjpierce bought one and opened it

My favorite part about the figure is the jacket. I would love to aee the jacket on a WCW "mirror illusion skit" Warrior someday. This Dusters / Jacket was worn by Warrior on WcW Monday Nitro in the only Hogan can see Warrior in the mirror. It was also worn by Warrior in his only match on Nitro ever when he teamed with Sting vs Hogan and Bret the main event of Nitro in October 1998. last worn by him in the 2k14 commercial, and was on display at WM access this year. one of the few he never sold off through the years.
