Unless you're Ric Flair, most big names stop wrestling for good in their 50's.
But if you're a big enough name, and can still physically go, by all means. I don't think wrestlers, barring injury, really retire till old age/death catch up to them.
We just had Sting and The Undertaker wrestle at the same show. HHH too.
So to answer your question, probably death.

I don't think it will happen anytime soon. The role he plays just requires less of him in the ring.

Hopefully it's some years away yet.

Triple H is a weird one. Just when you think he's done he comes back to wrestle a few matches a year. I'd say in the next 2 - 3 years he completely retires from wrestling. I'm sure being an on screen character is fueling his desire to continue so it's hard to say.

Seems like every Mania we will get a match from him.

Well even though I'll cry the day he does retire, I think he'll have another 2-3 WM matches. Then I see his in ring time coming to an end the more his backstage roll increases. Then I see him having more of a Vince McMahon type roll where he'll be an on air boss that takes the occasional bump.

I think he's got a good 5 years in him at least. He's never wrestled a particularly physical style, nor suffered any injuries that will plague him as an old man so there's no reason why he can't go for a few years yet.

If he's going to stay an Authority figure he will probably never retire.

I could see Triple H wrestling once a year or so well into his fifties and possibly beyond. It's kinda crazy to think that by then, we'll have had Evil Owner as a wrestling staple for like thirty years.

But I figured most people would moan if I did.

He only wrestles once a year now so we will be seeing him wrestle at WrestleMania for several more years

There;s no need for him to have an official retirement match like Shawn Michaels did because of the position he's now in with the company. He can always have a Match at Summerslam or Wrestlemania for another good 5 years or so at least yet.

I figure he will retire once he has established another realible big name yearly attraction for Wrestlemania. I don't know if Brock will stay for another six years, and it's obvious Undetaker only has a few more years of big name matches. Right now HHH is a big ticket seller for Mania so I don't see him going anywhere anytime soon.
I do see Vince McMahon retiring in the next two years and getting inducted in the HOF though.

I view him as semi-retired these days. I believe it's Vince that wants him to wrestle less.
