It already got the plug pulled on it. Thank god. The Fox movie did. Doesn’t mean he won’t be cast in the MCU. Which he should be. Looks the part and contrary to most beliefs, he’s a good actor. Good actor, horrible for the part of Gambit. Marvel isn't continuing anything from Fox except Deadpool. No way any scripts or ideas that had make it over. Thank god.

How excited are you guys for Disney plus and all the Marvel content that’s coming a long with it? Aslong as it gives me more Punisher and Daredevil. With no recastings.

Well I believe X-Men: DP is absolutely wretched. Audience scores & Box office make it the worst reviewed X movie to date....1st X movie to not crack a 50 mill opening weekend too.
Genuinely looking forward to seeing what Disney does with this franchise and how they introduce the entire concept of mutants etc.

Genuinely looking forward to seeing what Disney does with this franchise and how they introduce the entire concept of mutants etc. I went with my wife and son to see it on Sunday and it was a real "meh" movie. Such a shame too, I know the franchise gets a lot of hate, but I like more of the movies than I have not. Plus going to see that first X-Men movie with my dad in 2000 was such a huge deal for us both. I was 18 at the time and it was the first movie I had been to see with him since Jurassic Park as I felt I was "too cool" to go to the movies with my dad during high school lol. Dark Phoneix was just average in every regard. There were two pretty cool action sceens and it was good how they let Nightcrawler cut loose, but everything else I just did not care about. I do not want to spoil anything so I am trying to be careful with what I say, but let me tell you this is certainly no Avengers Endgame! I like you am very excited to see what Disney does with the X-Men. There are so many characters I have been waiting for since 2000! Especially Mr. Sinister and his crew. Also I would loved to have seen the X-Men go to The savage land. Do not get me wrong, Dark Phoneix was a very average movie, but the fact you know Disney now has it back and that they could do it a million times better did not really help the whole time I was watching it.

If Spider-man Homecoming introduces a multiverse then they can just bring them over and keep their origin intact. Their history would have just taken place on an alternate Earth. Otherwise, you're talking about having a noob Magneto or even Xavier in the current MCU. So they would almost have to do a(nother) time jump in order to accept mutations as a result of Thanos and then give Xavier and Erik time to setup the school and part ways, essentially create armies. I guess you could go back and say retrieving the stones in one of the timelines created mutations, but the entire premise of Endgame was that Captain America was able to go back and return the stones so that the timelines occurred, unaffected, just as we saw them. If I have to pick between time travel and a multiverse, I'll take the multiverse. They spent three hours telling us they don't know how to do quality time travel in Endgame, and I'd rather they just quit while they're ahead.

I think Spidey: FFH will be quite important in introducing some "new stuff & implications" that will have occurred due to the cosmic antics of the last 2 movies.
the movie wont be about that obviously? But will defo(IMO) drop a few easter eggs about where we are heading

I don't think Mysterio is from a Multiverse either. It's part of his fake hero shtick that Spidey gonna expose.

Yeah sorry. FFH. That’s what I meant. I think Spidey: FFH will be quite important in introducing some "new stuff & implications" that will have occurred due to the cosmic antics of the last 2 movies. the movie wont be about that obviously? But will defo(IMO) drop a few easter eggs about where we are heading Yep. Similar to Ant-man and Wasp. It will lay groundwork needed to move everything forward. They both misspoke. And I don't believe for one second that there is a multiverse. Mysterio saying all of these things make me believe he's full of sheet. Mysterio is definitely full of sh*t. I think we all agree on that point. He just might not be entirely full of sh*t. They have to introduce F4 and the X-Men and explain where they’ve been, meaning their absence.

Intrigued to see how mutants are introduced....i think it will he handled well like everything else though.
Then there's Atlantis.. Could definitely see that being a dimensional thing... Particularly with the rumors of the Sub Mariner taking a bow in Dr Strange 2.
I think we will see an origin story for the FF...could EASILY be tied to the events of Endgame, unless they had them being trapped in the negative zone or something?
Either way? I'm confident MS will knock all 3 outta the park 👊👊👊

Genuinely looking forward to seeing what Disney does with this franchise and how they introduce the entire concept of mutants etc. I had a free credit for a movie over the weekend and there was nothing I wanted to see that I hadn’t already seen so I went to Dark Phoenix and even going free I still feel ripped off. Some really bad cgi and the story was just dull. The “major” death felt forced and had no emotion to it and Magneto’s “change of heart” was stupidly predictable. It’s just as bad, if not worse than Last Stand.
