2002? He wore this horrible black & WHITE attire in WCW not in WWE. Overall, the thing is a pass for me. Then he'll do drugs & booze or be associated with Hogan the racist and we'll never get the proper ICONIC black & red one. As someone mentioned before about this Hall, it's a dirty Mattel move, because they realize people will buy it, due to fear that we won't eventually get the correct appearance Scott Hall, which actually we probably never will see, once something stupid occurs.

I will actually take the knee pads off mine. I hate the sleeves. Scott wore straight black kneepads in 2002 I'll get over it real quick when I put the Orton pads on him This attire is from 98..

Also, Hall didn't wear this attire in the true, original NWO. He wore black & red like Nash, which now has no matching elite Outsider yet to go along with him, and who knows if he ever will, despite the exclusive being a simple re-paint...you watch, it probably won't happen! Hopefully, Ringside requested Hall as a character and Mattel already had prior plans for the BETTER black & red (even in the black & WHITE NWO prior to the split) 1996-1998 Scott Hall, so they chose to give them a Hall, but an alternative look...my fingers are crossed, but I tend to lose faith these days, with some overall boneheaded decisions. At least HBK was an iconic attire, not a lame one worn for a short time, instead an easily recognizable one, albeit I still think it could have been a regular flashback...but at least it lived up to the "Exclusive" label. The Lone Wolf Scott Hall non-sensical Hollywood NWO version from mid-98 for a couple months before being kicked off television is not nearly as recognized as something he sported, hell, people in this thread are talking about 2002, when this is based on WCW, that's how confusing this extremely EXCLUSIVE appearance is, that only a minority really ever want, and even then, I think it's just because they're happy to see the first Hall hit some kind of market. No thanks to Scott Hall and the Horace Hogan nephew of a racist back of the box story on this figure. I won't even support it buy purchasing it to paint it, even if we never do get the right Hall to go with all red Nash. The next Nash will probably be some late 1999 / early 2000 junk black & white one to "make good" about this black & white Hall, and even then, the timeline won't make sense to pair them up really, yet the excuse will be now they match, so there ya guys go...whereas any alternate released Nash should be ANOTHER mostly black trimmed in RED...but we'll see. Here's hoping Mattel meets the majority of collectors' hopes, if not all out command-demands hahaha count me as one of the complainers, I don't care. Boo Lone Wolf! TOO SOUR! It'll be OK dude. Chill

Budget?? I stopped listening to Bill's budget excuse when we started paying more for figures that no longer included cloth accessories and display stands. If a store ups the price then thats on them, not Mattel.

Yeah it doesn't really count as an accessory.

They just recently bumped them up to $10.99 and $18.99 I believe. I'm talking when Amazon gets new sets in and sells them directly, not third-party sellers who jack up the prices.

Shouldn't be. If elbow pads are an accessory what's next? Includes detailed box.
