[source="/post/7271229/thread" Lol do your thing man. Just a little lighthearted fun Not mad. Serious question. I know a lot of you guys play with them and pose them and stuff like that. Just was wondering if there was something else besides the articulation that was different. I just put them on my shelf and that's it. Thanks for the feedback everybody. Dreading this paint. Any particulate paint that use guys use??[/quote] Elites are better to most because of articulation and accessories

I'm just going to hang tight and wait this situation out. with time, what hogan said will be forgiven and we will get those Hollywood hogans. just won't be until 2019 or so. Will Mattel still have a license by then? as of now, they have the license through 2019. I see no reason for that not to be extended too.

So far I took HOF Hogan head and put it on Battle Pack Animal's Body. I took the accessories from Elite 34 Hogan and HOF Hogan. I've never attempted a custom before, so any suggestions are welcome. This is what I've done so far. spray paint that boa black and white

Update: This is what I have done so far. It's not finished, but I'm very pleased with what I've done, considering this is my first time attempting to do a custom.

If I was you, I would probably repaint the HOF Hogan. Since you are going all out and have a lot to paint anyway, might be your best option. I used to use acrylic paints and some kind of seal-coat. Not sure if it will come out perfectly, but an Elite would be much nicer scale since Hulk is pretty tall. The kind of paint I used was "Apple Barrel" brand. Not sure if it's the best, but worked for me. Best tips I can say are keep your brushstrokes the same direction and put down a coat and let it dry. then add another coat, and repeat.
Good Luck with whatever you choose, I'm interested to see.
