Three weeks out from the first college football weekend! Should be a heck of a year. Thoughts on how your team is looking? Any match-ups worry you? Who's winning it all? We're going to find out soon enough! Go blue!

Shouldn't the thread be titled "Official 2015 College Football Thread" since 2014 was last year? lol

Best thread of the year. Cannot wait for Notre Dame this season. Ohio State is very overrated if anyone was wondering.

Best thread of the year. Cannot wait for Notre Dame this season. Ohio State is very overrated if anyone was wondering. Winning it all the year before tends to do that, for obvious reasons. Anyways, I'm here to make my obligatory Hail 2 Pitt post then disappear for about six months while they proceed to win everything the first half, get very close to ranked, then collapse in on themselves as they do every season in both football and basketball. It's a Pitt thing. Y'all wouldn't understand.

How is Ohio State overrated? They're returning all of their major playmakers from their national championship team, PLUS have all of the extremely talented new blood that was supposed to make this this "their year". The only thing that can stop Ohio State at this point is Ohio State. Last year they played their best when they were the underdogs, I'm not sure how they'll do when they're on top.
However, I'm looking forward to the murder in Blacksburg on Labor Day.

Id say Ohio State is the favorite going in. I dont think they'll win it all though. Nothing on ohio states part its just its so hard in college football to repeat back to back. I think they'll be one of the final 4 teams but will lose somewhere in the playoffs.
and Im going to call it right now. This year will be the year where all hell breaks loose...2 SEC teams will make it into the playoffs. Because the ACC & Big12ish champions will have more losses then an SEC team that is sitting higher then them in the standings.

Gotta go for Kentucky even though it may be a basketball school but I do like UK football's chances this season!

As sloppy as it was, the UNC vs SC game was fun to watch, probably cause it was Game #1 of the year. Boykin and TCU didn't really look like the #2 team in the nation but with no preseason I forgive any team in college football who starts the season sluggish.

Didn't expect a win, pleased with hanging tough though and losing by 7 only. Don't expect a turnaround ASAP.

Its amazing how far Standford has gotten since Harbaugh left. David Shaw is very likely looking for a new job if not after this year, then next.

I, and I assume the rest of the world, have no clue why Petrino called that last timeout with 52 seconds left. That motorcycle accident must've knocked every screw in his head loose.

Alabama looked strong against Wisconsin. They have a 2 headed monster in the making.

The Irish look pretty good behind Zaire but it was against Texas which means I don't know if ND is that good or if Texas is that bad. Will see in 2 weeks against GT.

Wow that ND vs Virginia game was so good. I watched every snap and was not disappointed. Too bad about Zaire getting injured but it might not be as bad as it looked.

AHAHAHAHA! Screw you, Bert Bielema! Maybe next year Ohio State will bolster it's schedule with some tough MAC teams!
