I doubt they're joking. A lot of people are emotionally invested in these girls. Damn. When I rewatched it this morning, I teared up when all four girls were in the ring and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I've only given out 14 perfect five star ratings in wrestling history and this was one of them. I loved everything about this match.

What were those 13 others? I'm not judging anyone by any means, by the way.. I think it is 100% awesome these women can do this for some people. Hell, I'm still a tad annoyed Sasha even lost last night in the first place. I wonder what Becky was saying to Sasha, she seemed quite emotional after the fact.

Quick hits, not editing my OP because I want more posts dedicated to this show (not srs...semi srs):
Liger in a WWE ring is amazing, Liger doing banter in a WWE ring was amazing. Thought Breeze'd win but his losses I'd argue don't hurt him since they were all to big superstars and he can easily be rebuilt up. Tag titles was probably the best tag match I'd seen this year. I'll rewatch that to see if it deserved more than four stars. Blue Pants signed? Iron Man and Spiderman gear this show made me happy. Crews is gonna be a mega star. Can't wait till he busts out the standing SSP. Perfect 10 gimmick is gold. Joe/Corbin was everything I could've hoped. Bayley/Sasha's last half as a stand alone match would still be incredible. That last half was amazing. Balor/Owens did a hell of a job too. Hard to follow an MOTY candidate with a ladder match, but they did a bang-up job. Five star show. Five star efforts to every single person on the show.

I haven't seen the other half, lol. I think it's even more amazing because save for the WM X-Seven, it's the shortest match on there to achieve the full 5 stars. And, with the notion 'divas' wrestling gets especially in WWE, it is pretty cool.

Just got done watching it. Sasha vs Bayley was MOTN for sure. Glad to see Bayley get her big win, though I was sad to see Sasha lose the belt. I'll admit that I got a lump in my throat when they were all in the ring together at the end.
EDIT: Forgot to say how awesome it was to see Liger in a WWE ring. It wasn't one of his best matches, but the novelty was there for sure. Hopefully they can get him back for some more matches in the future.

Not sure how you could watch Bayley/Sasha last night and NOT consider it one of the best matches ever.
Becky got the cue from someone and told the other girls "all four sides" for the Four Horsewomen pose.

In my 16 years of watching wrestling i have never had a match stay on my mind like Bayley vs Sasha has,They truly defined what women can truly do,after last night i owe it to those two for bringing me back into wrestling

I agree with Kevin 100% and I probably have given less "5 star" ratings as I can only think of a handful I would rate that high. However, Bayley vs. Sasha would be one of them.

I don't do star ratings because I'm indecisive therefore my head would explode, but Bayley vs Sasha was GREAT!
Possibly the best women's match I've seen.
Edit: just re watched it

Anyone know what was going on in the crowd during Balor/Owens?

I was thinking it was just me and a select few others who'd continue to feel this way about Bayley/Sasha
Yet it almost seems unanimous. It blew everyone away.

How can Summerslam remotely top Takeover?
That Bayley vs Sasha match could of been the main event of Summerslam and I would have been 120% satisfied.
The way NXT is presented as a whole no matter the recent call ups to the main roster makes it elite. It really has to be a head scratcher that this formula isn't emulated on the main show. If I'm on the main roster. How do you feel if Summerslam is a flop when Takeover delivered 100%.

A day removed now, and I've settled in on the fact that for me, it was more the crowd atmosphere than the show itself that made it so special to me. With the exception of Bayley/Sasha, which is still as incredible to me now as it was when it happened. The rest of the show was good, don't get me wrong, but the night will be remembered for that match and the overall atmosphere, and rightfully so.

TakeOver: R-Evolution was excellent and, three days later, TLCS was horrid.

I fully expect "NXT" chants to outshine in-ring work for tonights PPV. I'll watch Taker-Brock, but to be totally honest, NXT blew my proverbial "load" for wrestling for a while. Which they seem to do each Takeover. I'd rather keep stars like Owens / Sasha in NXT than go up to the roster just for nights like last night. Also, thinking that Zaynes return means a Zayne-Owens fight is on the horizon, and a possible 3 way with Ballor as well, gets me more pumped that anything WWE's maib roster has offered in a long time. I haven't said "yes, omg, holy crap, this is awesome" to myself or my tv in a long time for WWE... But NXT seems to force that out of me every PPV, and I couldn't be happier. Congratulations to the Vaudvillians and Bailey.
