Been collecting basics for a few months. Thought i would buy some elites and i have to say i am abit dissapointed with them. The legs are so flimsy/wobbly. I find it difficult to keep them standing, they tend to fall down more than my basics. The elites do look better than the basics but i am really disappointed with the legs on them.

I love Elites. Most of the elites I've purchase have super tight joints, so I've never had that problem.

I have never had a Mattel wwe figure in any style (elite, Basic, FF, Rumnbler) fall over. Have had a few with their JL/JLU, but never a WWE figure. Now Jakks was another story because anyone who had Hogan's tall boots mold always had super loose ankles.

I had a few early elites that would fall over due to loose ankles, John Cena and some Triple H's were the most common culprits.
My defining moments Triple H was by far the worst figure for it.
They seemed to rectify this though and can't recall any elites I've had this past couple of years that won't stand up

I've never had that problem.
However, I'm done paying an extra £5/£10 for an elite which are supposed to have accessories but only have knee pads or tattoos as accessories

I myself never had a problem with elites that fall over. Anyway I collect both basics and elites. Best of both worlds if you ask me. Lol

The only thing bad with elites are the raise inn price and drop in cloth shirts and accessories haha.

Cost is the issue. I'm only collecting select HOF and Flashbacks now. More often than not, the figure is not worth the cost. I'm also moving away from Mattel and collecting CS now.

As others mentioned the only thing I don't like about elites is the price. Why can't they just be $14.99 and occasionally on sale for $9.99 instead of $21.99 and on sale for $14.99

Every elite I buy has stiff ankle joints. It put me off because the first figure I got was an earlier Elite Sheamus and the ankles moved fine. I come back to collecting about 2 years later and the stiff ankles are everywhere. Can't say they fall over lol... but the overly stiff joints kind of bug me since I play with them.
My Fandango elite has a loose ab crunch, but overall, I'm happy with Elites. Even the ones I got second hand have been okay. I haven't bought any new figures since I was at Wrestlemania though (WWE knew what they were doing sticking a wall of figures next to checkout at the superstore lmao.. I caved and my gf just shook her head), so I dunno about more recent stuff.

Never had a problem with Elites, Ive been collecting them from series 1. No idea why you have problems but keep collecting basics and leave the Elites to us.

I have had a problem with loose joints as of late. My DDP has a problem with his arm, Bray Wyatt has a problem with his ab crunch and Stardust has a loose hand. They have really cheapened out imo.

Way prefer Elites mainly cuz I never open them. Prefer the packaging and accessories of Elites but not really a fan of the latest smaller blue & white box. White & red line all day baby!

The only Elite I can't get to stand up is my E17 John Cena. But he's trash, so I don't care.
Most of the joints are quite stiff/tight on them these days.

My 36 DDP has a loose Torso, neck, and both arms......It's probably the Yoga

Also honestly I think it's also a matter of how you remove the figures from the package. If you just yank them outta the plastic that surrounds them they usually have something loose on them. If you gently remove them and carefully push from the back they're also perfect.
