What is this crap? Why did BBC scrap the Football league show after MOTD on Saturday nights? I hate the new highlights show on channel 5 with those awful live audiences, Im not a fan of Kelly Dagleish either. It used to be great watching MOTD on Saturday nights follwed by the Football league show  |

The whole show irritates me, the inclusion of adverts mean most games just get the goals shown rather than a minute or 2 each. There is no need for the audience either, the first show they spoke to the audience but I read that got a lot of criticism among other things so they've stopped doing that. Kelly Dalglish and the bloke don't bother me but Adam Virgo clearly went to the same punditry school as Steve Claridge, i'd rather talk to a brick wall.

It's crap. No football highlights show should have adverts so for a start that's a negative. The presenter who sort of looks like an ugly Jude Law can't make it through a sentence without stumbling his words to the point where I'm wondering if he's mentally ill. Daglish's daughter on the other hand isn't bad to look at for her age and at least seems quite knowledgeable.
I never thought I'd say it but please come back Manish & co.

Only saw the first one and it was awful. I do like the idea of it being before MOTD though. Other than that it's a load of crap.

I don't mind it because BBC gave League 2 nothing, but Channel 5 have cut down highlights from the Championship.... I do like it being before MOTD, but at least I can see Pompey because they missed goals out of League 2 last year

The only good thing is that they are showing The League 1/2 highlights during the international break. Whereas BBC couldn't be arsed. I might support a Premier League team but I love lower league football.

What is this crap? Why did BBC scrap the Football league show after MOTD on Saturday nights? The BBC lost the rights so it had to go unless you wanted a Football League show with no highlights. |
